Found a hair in our pizza and they wanted us to bring the pizza up there to get a refund. (We had it delivered). They did offer to remake it but who would want to eat more pizza after having someone’s hair in your mouth. Sadly, we won’t be back.

Worst service experience by far! I ordered half and half pizza online. (Cheese and pepperoni) There was a glitch in their system because when I picked it up and it was all cheese. Call the store to let them know the mistake and they first told me they didn't know why I would order a half and half pizza 2 topping pizza all cheese and so would have to place another order. I call back to speak to about manager and was placed on hold for 10 minutes just so he would say he l would have to call back in 5 minutes so he could call his supervisor.
Thennnnn…..... I called back and they told me it's not their fault so 1:) order another pizza or bing the half ate 30 minute old pizza back to the store so they could recook it. Like really... !!! It's really not that deep.. I just wanted my pepperoni pizza.

If they have working hours, I don't understand why they say they're closed two hours before you enter the store. If you don't want to work, go home! Find someone else. What bad service! When the photo was taken it was 10:50 and it says it closes at 12
Historically a fan, but customer service not good lately. Recent order wasn't ready until 15 mins past pickup time. Minor pizza modification request was ignored. 2 mashed meatballs were on the floor of the restaurant directly between the door and counter the whole time I was waiting.
They called me after my order was scheduled to be delivered and said my order would be another 30 minutes because there was another order in the oven that was more important then my $100 order and they could not deliver my order that was already prepared. No offer of any compensation for the delay.

Zach the manager - I do not recommend responding to a customer that is waiting on a pizza for over an hour (with no driver en route) with ‘well you can come pick it up’. We pay your delivery fee in exchange for a timely delivery. Also, I do not recommend hanging up on customers or not offering recompense when your business fails to provide good, timely service. If you’re the one training the team, then that explains much.

The pizza is pretty good, but unfortunately I can’t say the same for the service. Last Friday my mom decided to get food from here for the whole family, we decided to get two types of different pizzas, cheese bites, and a drink. After picking up the food we noticed that the sauces we asked for where not in the bag, the crust type was not the one se asked for, and they didn’t add the crust topping we asked for as well. Highly recommend checking your food before leaving the store.
