Pizza is great which is why I give them a star but truthfully. Their delivery sucks. 3x I have preferred deliver I had to pull my own pizza boxes from the warmer bag. The have left it on my table outside without knocking on the door(mind you I did not put contactless delivery) I selected hand it to me. And finally Iâm a tipper (but I tip in cash). And they have the nerve to say you didnât add a tip. How much would you like to leave. Not satisfy at all with delivery service

I ordered a xl picxas with 3 toppings and a 29 piece boneless wings with 2 dipping sauce . Total cost delivery was $71 + some change!! How outrageous!! The chicken was nasty. And I believe the delivery person was a whopping 12yrs old!! Never again!!!

The middle age guy with the beird is so rude. He came to the window after I placed my order online and just stared at me until I told him that I was there to pick up. He goes to get my pizza and hands it to me and never said a word. The look on his face was complete annoyance. I'm so tired of spending my money at places with horrible service and mediocre food.

I ordered a Deluxe pizza, but they served me a plain cheese instead and insisted thatâs what I ordered. Later I saw the receipt taped to the box, and it clearly showed âDeluxe.â
I was eating inside, but there were no napkins or cups. I asked if they could switch the 2-liter Pepsi for a few cans so I could actually drink something with my meal, but they said no.
I ended up eating a cheese pizza with no drink and no napkins. They did give me the correct Deluxe pizza at the end, but I just took it home. Overall, the service felt disorganized and not very helpful.

I tried ordering online I got l a message that my card did not go through only be charged multiple times. I called the store to see if there was a way to get reimbursed and I was told they could nothing. Now I have to report the charges as fraudulent and dispute them.

Pepperoni pizza is a classic and some people can do wrong, but Marcoâs gets it right. 10 out of 10 shout out to my chef (forest) and GM Chad for keeping great staff and for making my pizza to perfection. Itâs not dry, burnt, or uncut. All the ingredient ratios are on point.

Upon entering, I received a warm welcome from the person who took my order. Even with all my humour, he was patient, responsive, and kind.
Store: mostly clean. Some of the tables and chairs were still dirty from those who dined in previously.
Service: almost perfect. They forgot the garlic on the crust TWICE - I had to go back in the store with one pie to correct it. While doing so, one of the employees kept giving glances - a bit uncomfortable, as if I was making a ridiculous deal about my request made prior to purchase.
Food: the pizza was great. We ordered a deluxe with some alterations and a sausage pizza. My child remarked âo mmm, I like the crustâ, and she NEVER eats the crust.

I donât know if itâs just this location but my food was awful!!! I did delivery. Never have I ever had an issue with Marcoâs Pizza! The wings were old you can tell by the discoloration of the chicken bone! It even tasted old and my pizza was hard and dry!! I wonât be eating at this location again! I spent over 30 bucks!! If it was free Iâd have no reason to complain but this is something I paid for and was very disappointed đ
It's been a while since ate a pizza at this location. I just ordered a medium pizza at this location and it was absolutely delicious. The meat was fresh, the thin crust was cooked to perfection and tasty. The thinly sliced white onions were the perfect size. I'm so glad I ordered a pizza from this N. Fry location in Katy. I will be ordering again...

New favorite pizza place. Unfortunately we are in the non delivery desert between this location and another so we are limited to pickup, but the pizza is goodn and the toppings are way better than the other major chains. Also the store cleanliness is way better than the other nearby pizza store which picking up at the location put me off of ever eating there again. Staff is friendly and really no complaints except we can't get delivery.
