We usually love ordering from Marcos 529, but tonight was awful! I called at 5:30pm and was told to pick the ONE pizza I ordered up in 20 min. It is 6:40pm and I just got the pizza. What bothered me the most was none of the employees seemed concerned when I asked why it was taking so long. 3 of them literally ignored me and just kept doing what they were doing. I’ll order from another Marcos next time.
wrong food delivery twice and nothing done poor training and management
Two nights in row they have not delivered all the items ordered. And then when told about it, they said they cannot deliver my items bc they were sides. I told the manager I will not be ordering again from them, as two nights in a row was ridiculous. It’s a shame bc the pizza is tasty but not worth the hassle of paying for things I do not receive. Very poor service.
