Marco's Pizza

Whenever this manager Riley on duty, please do not order. She is always getting the order mixed up. She had done it to mine. My kids have food allergies and my son is autistic. I pacifically said no mushrooms or bell peppers. She totally ignored me. Thank God that my son did not eat it Because we would’ve ended up at the hospital. I had spoke to another employee who totally apologize and was willing to correct the situation by replacing my order correctly or a refund, which I said, I will come back another time then again Riley over, interrupted my previous conversation with the other manager and explain to me while laughing that there is nothing she can do. I told her I can bring her back the food in the receipt that I don’t want a replacement order or a refund. I want to speak to her boss supervisor She laughed and said that there is no one other higher than her and there is no corporate. She is very rude does not fit for this job disrespectful and polite and mature also other employees had said She’s rude to them as well always taking breaks to go smoke parsing the food without washing her hands or using gloves they expect that she is under the influence of some thing and not worthy of holding a job let alone a family friendly place however, this is my community I own homes businesses volunteer for my community for over 15 years. I know that things have changed throughout the years, but we cannot have people like this, preparing our children’s food and working in our community where we work so hard for and pay high property taxes to hold this may concern if she is not fired as soon as possible. I will take further action against this along with my friends and family workers who are employees of our HO in town hall. again, when she is on duty, the food comes out, always cold, wrong and uncooked

Actually not a Pizza fan but I luv their cheesy bread. Pik up a cple every cple weeks.

Ordered a pizza and it had a hair in it.
When I called it in the staff said I had to call immediately after I ordered it as if I was lying about having a hair in it.

Kids got food poisoning twice from here violently throwing up non stop all over the house. So that was fun. This happened twice. Kids are scared to even look at this place.

Went here for lunch with my 3 year old and we were the only ones there besides the staff. The staff was screaming cursing at each other. They were playing rap music that i could barely hear the conversation i was having with my little one. On top of it all the food was disgusting!

Pizzas are good and taste fresh!! Best pizzas. Their prices are far reasonable than the most popular franchise pizzas business .
Xl for 16 slices at their current prices and very delicious

They are more a pizza boss than wings boss. Just my candid opinion.
But don’t buy pizza anywhere else, buy Marco’s pizza!! They are the best. 😊

Terrible Experience – Rude Staff and Uncooked Pizza
Absolutely unacceptable experience. I ordered a pizza that was completely uncooked, and when I called to address the issue, the situation only got worse. Everyone I spoke to on the phone claimed they were the manager, making it impossible to figure out who was actually in charge. I eventually asked for the general manager, Tanya got on the phone and stated she was the general manage, who was just as rude and unhelpful as the rest of the staff.
Not only did they refuse to take responsibility for the uncooked pizza, but they also flat-out refused to provide the customer service number when I asked for it. There was no effort to resolve the issue or offer any kind of apology.
They made it clear they will not resolve the situation, so I will be reporting this experience to the Better Business Bureau. I truly hope your pizza is made correctly, because if it’s not, you won’t get any help from this store.

I won’t be returning, and I strongly recommend others avoid this location.

I’m sure Tanya ( if that’s her real name) has the type of energy to go back and forth me under this review. Please EDUCATE her on customer service :)

I'm pretty satisfied with Marcos and have been for a while. Just wanted Marcos to see that the recent wings I got are pretty lacking. Some of them are the size of my index finger....I'm not a big guy. I hope this isn't a thing going forward.

The mushrooms are canned now? So gross! Marco’s was my favorite pizza. Hard pass now.

The afternoon manager is going to bring this business down with the horrible attitude and customer service. She gave me the wrong number of items and when I let her know, she said I only ordered 4, when I had ordered 7. She asked me to check my receipt. Shouldn't she check it before saying I only ordered 4? She eventually checked on the computer and saw my 7 items. Unbelievable. She then complained about how long I took to pick up my order. I mean, beyond believe this lady. Will never be going back.
