I just moved into the area and it was great to find a pizza place so close that has great pizza.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza at 5:08 and was told the the pizza would take approximately 20 minutes. I get to the store at 5:30 and the cashier couldn't find my order. Another employee said they think they gave it to someone else by mistake. I was fairly irritated because I was trying to get somewhere on time and I'm sure my attitude showed. They apologized with sincerity and calmly assured me they would remake my order. They prompty started my order and as I waited I looked around at the seating area. There was ample seating for such a small establishment and everything seemed orderly and clean. I was surprised that my pizza was ready in 7 minutes and pleased that they had remaking it their top priority. The pizza was crisp, well put together and as tasty as you can expect from a pizza chain.

I tried the Pepperoni Magnifico, and it was amazing! The pepperoni was crispy, the cheese was perfectly melted, and the flavor was just right. The pizza came out hot and fresh, and the service was quick and friendly. Definitely one of the best pizzas I’ve had! 🍕

I order Marco's Pizza all the time but last night I ordered a big order for my daughter's birthday party and ordered my food a Pacific Way which I did not get my pizza arrived it was cold and hardly any sauce on it at all so I called the location and spoke to the manager about the order explain to him the rest of the order was fine but my pizzas was horrible manager did not even try to fix the situation or nothing was very rude I spent good money for food that my guest did not even eat I had to read completely order from somewhere else the manager that I spoke to did not try to fix the situation did not even give me a chance to talk was very rude and is telling me what he done was right after this day I will never order from this store again worst experience I've ever had I have family that owns a Marco's Pizza and he's telling me how it is done and he done everything right I'm sorry but he did not do everything right number one he was very rude with me and I am a customer did not offer to fix the problem at all

I love Marco’s it’s literally my families go to pizza place. However this specific location tends to miss the mark quite often. A pizza that should’ve had 8 slices truly only had 7 because the two slices below put together equates to 1 slice. The requested garlic sauce wasn’t in either box. The pizza is never cut evenly, there’s been a time where it wasn’t cut at all. Unfortunately this is the closest location to us but I’ll go the extra distance to the FM 529 store.
This is the second time I ordered curbside and they did not bring it out to me. I watched through the front window and it appears they were just folding boxes in the front. I honked and turned on my emergency flashers and no response. I went inside and they apologized and said they were busy getting dough prepped in the walk-in. Received the pizza and it was cold. Last time unfortunately it was cold as well. I come ready with a hot bag expecting hot pizza. This location needs training. At least the pizza is made and cut correctly this time. But cold pizza is unacceptable. I will take my business to the N Fry location since they have been consistent with quality.

For the first time in years I was denied adding bbq sauce to my pizza due to my kids pizza sauce allergy. I have been ordering this same pizza for years and never been denied this request. The most sad part about this is that after buying my home nearby this is now my home store. So I’ll be forced to take my business elsewhere or to drive to the further location that gladly accommodated me And my family. Lastly the was the manager Walter that failed to accommodate our needs and keep us as customers. I’m disappointed and dissatisfied as a regular and consistent customer.

This was my first time getting a pizza from this restaurant but the pizza was really delicious and fresh. I don’t know what the atmosphere is like since I had my pizza delivered but the service was fast and professional. The only con I can think of is I wish it cost a little less
I ordered a large pizza with ground beef, chicken, pineapple deluxe and it’s so delicious so it’s worth every cent 😁
