Good place to eat Venezuelan food. The prices vary, but the food is very tasty. I think the service at the counter could be faster. Also, I asked for an extra sauce and they said no. I had already spent over $50, so I think giving one extra sauce wouldn’t hurt the business.

Great Food, Poor Front-of-House Experience
I’ve visited Maxi Arepa multiple times because the food is genuinely great — flavorful, fresh, and true to its roots. However, the front-of-house service is consistently poor. The staff often seem disorganized, and there’s little to no control over the line. It’s uncomfortable when other customers are allowed to stand right next to you while you’re paying — there’s no sense of personal space or order at the register.
It’s disappointing because the food deserves better service to match. If the management improved the customer flow and trained staff on professionalism and basic crowd control, this place could easily be a five-star experience.

I always come to Maxi Arepa because the food is excellent. However, today I came with my friends and we had a bit of an uncomfortable experience. The lady who greeted us at the door had a really negative energy. I felt like her attitude wasn’t friendly at all.

The only place that did not have a wait to eat for the time. The only thing i found to est was a burger with potato sticks in it. Took them out, it was just fair.
Food is good however online services it’s absolutely not professional, they don’t have a clue about what is customer services, don’t even try to call them, they won’t answer the phone, on Mother’s Day all the app showed that any order was not confirmed but they didn’t answer the phone to check if the restaurant was open or not, we decided to go to another restaurant, and they call us to let us know food was ready, how can we know the food was ready if they don’t answer the phone and all the apps show food is not prepared, even worst when they call they told us, you were who was calling a lot? Really if you run a restaurant you need to be professional
