I have always loved this place, best Club sandwich. Today, I placed an order through the app, to be picked up at 12, but I had forgotten I had a dental appt at 12:30 and didn't have time to come by to pick up. Finally, I picked it up at around 2:30 p.m.
The manager was worried the sandwich was no longer fresh, so she offered to make me a fresh one, with a big smile too. No attitude, super friendly And the other 2 ladies at the counter, were also awesome. Def lifelong customer. Thank you!

It says they have curb side service and they do not. There were not any parking areas designated for it. Sometimes I choose a place to eat because of the curb side pickup.

I recently visited McAllister's on Saturday evening. The store says it closes at 10 pm, but I arrived at 9:45 pm and was met with an unexpected experience. I knocked and waved at the employees just to get their attention, but they ignored me. Eventually, the manager came to the door. He is generally nice but mute, and since I do not know sign language, I had to type on my phone to communicate. He just motioned that they were closed but still walked me into the store.
The cashier alluded to the fact that she wanted to serve me, but I could tell the employees were irritated. Who would want to order food if the employees do not want to serve? Although I appreciate that employees have to leave on time, maybe they should change the store hours and state they close at 9:30 pm to give them 30 minutes to close properly.
It's sad that I didn't even receive an apology for the inconvenience. Management, I hope you take this criticism positively and consider adjusting your closing hours to better reflect when customers can expect service.

I am also a big McAllister fan! But, and I say this with a lot of respect and because I believe that you guys can make major improvements. But the food today was awful! The chicken salad tasted old. The bake potato we ordered looked like it was reheated the ice tea had no flavor, and the carrot cake tasted old. The cake also gave me a horrible stomach ache which includes diarrhea and vomiting! Please make some changes soon, because you have a great location, wonderful staff and the food previously was amazing.

Stop by and pick up one of there great sandwiches and a soup or salad of your choice ?. The food is good. The service is friendly and fhey are ready to assist. I had the Roast beef sandwich on a bun. It was delicious .
