Food is decent if you get to order. Being the 3rd person in line already waiting to order the line was told they couldn't take any more orders as they are backed up on online orders and unable to assist till the kitchen catches up. Couldn't provide a time on when they'll resume taking care of customers who walked in. Waste of time and gas going to this location unless its extremely slow and even then service is mediocre at best.
Pretty sure if you're working food industry that long hair must be in a net and the kitchen staff didn't have any. Also looked like any orders that were taken back or wrong they were reusing them vs tossing them. Understand if it was a mistake by why take back soup and watch the kitchen staff put it on the other plate.

Hey I walked in and stood at the counter on a not so busy lunch time. I was the only person at the counter while three employees neither greeted me or ask if anyone assisted me past by. So after some time, I left. I had McAllisters before and previous employees have behaved appropriately in the past. Not so sure if this place will be part of my lunch stop anymore.

I had called on the phone for a pick-up order. The associate was so accommodating. She gave recommendations and made my ordering experience so seamless and quick. Love this place!

I have always loved this place, best Club sandwich. Today, I placed an order through the app, to be picked up at 12, but I had forgotten I had a dental appt at 12:30 and didn't have time to come by to pick up. Finally, I picked it up at around 2:30 p.m.
The manager was worried the sandwich was no longer fresh, so she offered to make me a fresh one, with a big smile too. No attitude, super friendly And the other 2 ladies at the counter, were also awesome. Def lifelong customer. Thank you!
