This is the closet McDonald’s to my house it’s convenient for the indoor play place in the hot summer days for my toddlers. Sometimes the kids in the play place are too big and staff doesn’t tell them to get out. Other than that it’s exactly why to expect from a McDonald’s

Ba da ba ba Not loving it - poor management, poor service, poor quality, poor store maintenance.
I walked in prepared to order at the kiosk and I should have, but there was actually someone at the register which shocked me so much I went there. I wanted a pancakes and sausage and a large coke. After ordering I went to the bathroom to wash my hands. I got my hands wet with artic ice water, soaped up, and then the water wouldn't turn back on. I tried everything. So couldn't rinse the soap off.
Went back to the register and asked for napkins just to wipe off my hands and this dude in a white hoodie literally told me no I can rinse in the other bathroom. Unfortunately it was occupied. So I stood around 5 minutes with soapy hands waiting for the other single stall bathroom in the playland.
Food came, I got a Big Breakfast, not a pancakes and sausage. Whatever. Biscuit was hard. Hash brown was a somehow both soggy sopping with oil and yet crispy. Inedible. I literally spit out the bite I took.

I went to McDonald’s the other night because I was craving their fries. The service was friendly, but they were out of a couple of items I wanted. My food was warm, not super fresh, but it still hit the spot since I was starving. It wasn’t the best experience, but not the worst either.

Very pleasantly suprised at this location! Dinning room was very nice and modern, well kept! Employees were helpful and kind! Bathrooms cleans and Food was cooked to perfection! Looked beautiful too!

Start putting the sauce in the bag. Very annoying. Every time I go here they forget at least one item and don’t put the sauce in the bag. It’s not that hard to throw it in the bag.
Waited 40 minutes to not receive our food. The level of incompetence here was so frustrating. Had to get a refund, 40 minutes later and still didn’t receive my food

Delivery from here is trash. They always leave something out, and seal the bag up so the drivers can’t confirm if the order is complete. Give people the food they pay for, please?

Like other customers experience, I asked for water for my kids, and I was told they charge for water. Also purchased large fries along with nuggets and they gave me 2 ketchup packets. When I asked for more, they gave me 2 more packets along with a dirty look. Definitely not coming here anymore.

It was 8:30pm, there were 3 cars in the drive through, 2 people waiting for food, I ordered and I had to wait 15 minute for a happy meal. This is the slowest McDonald's in the area. They had 8 employees in the back and everyone was waiting 10-15 minutes for food. This used to be fast food.
