No ketchup, no honey, no drink refill for my orders. The customer service did not let me know that they ran out of ketchup and honey dip, until I discovered that my order was missing some items. The environment seem good, but I am not satisfied with my order.

I made an online order. When I pulled up to the second window, they said they hadn’t even started on my order so they asked me to wait on parking lot number one, I was waiting 20 minutes before I had to go knock on the drive-through door to ask about my food. Then all the manager had to say is that he got confused then did not offer me anything for their mistake and then having me wait so long just to get my food having crying hungry kids in the car. Teenagers working there lack social skills, and good customer service, whoever is in charge of this McDonald’s needs to retrain their whole team!!

From the Drive-through order to the window pick up asking for fresh cookies gave them back the old cookies and they bring me back cookies that was not fresh to also not giving me apple slices in my grandbabies box I send it back they bring me the same box back with the fries spilled all in the box And this was not good customer service and I don’t like the way they handled it not only that they didn’t even refund me the $1.78 for the cookies because I did not want cookies that was not fresh so very poor customer service on this one. Sorry not sorry.
