How is it possible, that I ordered through the McDonalds app, specifically to get exactly what I ordered, and that wasn’t the case. I ordered for a 10pcs nuggets large sized meal, and 2 mcchicken with no lettuce and add ketchup to them, and additionally I ordered an extra medium fry and an large coke.. guess what. They did not put the fries in the bag. I am missing a medium fry which I payed for. And they had the audacity to checkmark on the receipt as if they actually put my medium fries in the order. Never will I be ordering from this place again. Terrible service

This was my first visit to the McDonald's located inside this Walmart, and it turned out to be the worst decision I could have made. The restaurant was filthy, and the staff were all impolite none of them displayed any kindness or professionalism. I observed them playing and laughing instead of attending to their responsibilities. I ordered three large fries and two apple pies, but it took over 20 minutes for my order. After such a long wait, they asked if I wanted to wait an additional 12 minutes for the apple pies or receive a refund. I opted for the refund since the wait was excessive. Following that, I had to wait even longer just for three large fries literally just fries while they continued to act like children instead of concentrating on their work. Ultimately, I requested a refund for the fries as well, and they were rude about it, despite the fact that they were taking an unreasonable amount of time. The service was atrocious, and it wasn't just me they were also messing up other customers orders.

terrible location. went there for breakfast one morning and they had some issues with the grill. I placed my mobile order well ahead of time (At least 15 minutes and marked I was already here) no time to wait around this stuff when I'm on my way to work. my time is very valuable. Its in walmart so what do you expect.... Go to What-a-Burger near by or the stand alone location by the UPS store and Specs

Friendly staff but I just picked up my breakfast from here. I ordered the number 2, which is a sausage mcmuffin with egg and when I got home there was no egg on my sandwich. This thing is basically worthless to me now. How hard is it to serve a customer what they ordered?
