They never get my order right, I go to McDonald's for iced caramel coffees often and they never put Caramel in my iced coffee.

The service couldn't be worse. The worst. A female employee was so rude. We were told to park and was expected to get the order. The employee approached us with the food and yelled at us, saying why you parked here, not there?. She literally threw the food to us. The worst service and attitude.

Give zero stars of I could came here to get my daughter a happy meal give me and my wife a Mail person to Out that was rude obnoxious. What else do you want? What else do you want? What else do you want on top of that got to the drive-through pay for the food. Got the wait additional 1520 for your food and then the food was wrong. Only gave me one burger no fries for all the order and my daughter‘s happy meal no toy missing a whole toy in fries out of the bag for the happy meal only put the nuggets in the bag with the other sandwiches this McDonald’s at autumn and I was on the bin too was the worst. I will never come here again. I have advised somebody Here at all, went inside to complain. They tell you to calm down when they are making total mistakes about your food. Don’t understand your time. Don’t understand you pay for food and not getting your food. It’s just bad overall like the people that work here at night do not wanna work

I ordered on the mobile app and went through the drive-through. I pay for 3 additional condiments and ask them to switch one for some Big Mac sauce. The manager started arguing with me telling me I had to pay for one and couldn’t switch it out. He told me it was 32 cents which is the same price for an additional condiment.Terrible customer service

Waited 45 minutes for my sit-down food. Turns out the manager clicked off my order to meet speed quotas and ended up forgetting about it. Better off going drive- thru and not dealing with the sit down hassle.
The girl in the drive thru got upset because I ask her for a bag and so they gave me a burnt plain burger

We went tonight at 10:30 and when we were placing our order the girl kept cutting us off and would sigh after everything we ordered. When we got to the window to pay, the girl with the black and blonde braids rolled her eyes at us and said “you’re the ones with the big order” and when we said yes she wouldn’t let us pay with cash. After we paid they made us park while they made the order. A young guy brought out our order and when he left we told him we were missing a drink so he went to get it and while he was gone we checked our order and realized we were missing a burger so when the guy came back we told him we wanted the burger to which he replied “we can’t do that because we’re closed” if we had known they were closing we wouldn’t have order anything. When we tried to talk to the manager, a girl with pink hair (destiny I think) laughed in our faces and asked what we were still doing there. She was extremely rude and when a Hispanic manager tried to help us, the two black girls pushed her outside and locked her out. Honestly if they had told us before we placed our order that they didn’t want to do it we wouldn’t have order anything to begin with.
