Location:Fry Road near Sonic We through drive through. They got our order wrong, so they told us to pull up. We waited a good 7 minutes. We were just missing 3 sausage. Went in, they weren't even working on it, Husband waited another 7-10 minutes. Still wrong, no accountability Manager also showed no priority or remorse

Staff needs better costumer service, if they are going to be on the headset. Only 2 nice and professional staff. The rest seem to not enjoy what they are doing. Are they Having a bad day or having a stomach ache?
Teach them to wait for costumer to at least finish talking and not to rush them while ordering.
Also theres always a wait after ordering food, i have waited over 15minutes just f9

Ive been here a few times at different times of day over the last month, most recently today, new years eve around 2:40pm. Each time they seemed busy but handled my order well. The food was ready quickly and, most importantly, accurate and delicious. I also had no problem finding a nice clean table to eat at. Im happy to have a mcdonalds location such as this one within walking distance of my work for the break during my shift! I definitely plan on coming here again!

The staff cut me off so they can park at the front door, they don't have ownership like other stores, this is an absent owner location operating by people that don't want to work there.
I mean it's McDonald's. But this one never has ice cream. Year round. At this point, not if they just happen to be out every single time or they're just lazy about it.

Worst McDonald’s in the katy area !!! The worst service. My mom went to get some breakfast for us and the short lady working there MADE my mom use one of the kiosks even tho my mom does not know how to use them, after my mom said she didn’t know how to use them the lady still made her use it because she “didn’t wanna be busy with costumers”. My mom ended up paying for more stuff than she wanted bc she couldn’t figure out how to work the machine while NOBODY offered to help her. I work in the restaurant business and I know something like this would have me facing serious consequences so fast. To literally tell a costumer to use a kiosk bc you don’t wanna deal with taking orders is crazy. This McDonald’s already is so horrible , everyone take your business to the one on SOUTH fry road.

Went thru drivethru and was told to wait at speaker as i saw 3 cars order and go thru the other line b4 i got my order taken. Then once i got my order i was missing my hash brown so had to reverse and go inside and get it. Below average service at this place. Management mustv changed bc it used to b better. Mcds this is why chikfila has put u to shame.

There always seems to be issues with the orders and never have certain food items available. The speaker on the far right either does not work or they got other issues cause it’s always hard to hear them and we always have to be repeating ourselves.
