Terrible service. We ordered happy meals and they had no toys. They forgot to give us BBQ sauce. They forgot to give us our fries. Soda machine didn’t work. It felt like it was 80 degrees in there. Just bad terrible experience.

I'm not sure who decided that this particular gentleman should be working the drive-thru or really interacting with customers at all. For the last couple of months I have literally pulled up to the window place my order and every time I place it there is some dry sarcastic comment if I say hey I want a kids hamburger Happy Meal add cheese no condiments oh okay so then you want a cheeseburger.. you don't have a cheeseburger Happy Meal you have a hamburger happy meal and you have to add cheese to it.. every single time I have gone and recognized his voice I immediately leave I get it it's McDonald's I'm not expecting five-star service but to be patronized at the window is beyond frustrating I've left multiple times because of that individual there's a McDonald's on every single corner I won't go to this one anymore I really thought he had been fired nope he's still there

My husband went in there today to order his lunch and noticed that they only had the screen order method to order he's food. He didn't understand it how to use it and he ask your employee for help him which he refused to help my husband. I don't understand why y'all employees not trained enough to help customers that need help. Don't recommend this place at all they don't have patience neither customer service skills. Never going back to this location

Today, customer service was horrible. CO2 is out on the soda machine both in store & drive thru, they aren't mentioning this to anyone, causing multiple upset customers, and not wanting to refund or offer/upsell something else. The MANAGER (older, middle eastern, male) is also making everyone use the machines to order, (which I use anyways), but this older gent there got his whole order messed up, w/ the manager helping him. I'm not sure if he doesn't read/see well, but they gave him the same wrong sandwich twice. He wanted an egg McMuffin w/ ham, they gave him the spicy ones w/ sausage, then the spicy one w/ ham but he literally told the guy who was AT the machine helping him he wanted egg McMuffin w/ ham no sausage. When he got the first wrong sandwich he said he doesn't want spicy & they made it wrong again. The manager is clearly having a rough day, but you picked that field, your customers shouldn't see that. Not every day is going to be a good one, & yes it is McDonald's but how you treat people matters.

if i could Id give it 0 stars, not busy at all but still have to wait over 15 mins for one sandwich. plus I saw them push 3 drive thru cars to a holding spot just the clear the small que. I know they have a drive thru timer but this has got to be cheating at the expense of the customer. I preordered my sandwich on the app and still had to wait. worse mcdonalds....

update, had to go in the drive thru any way the sausage egg mcmuff was missing the egg

Amazing place, and I love the juicy luscious, tender, thick hamburgers And I love their fries with a hair amount of salt and a crazy amount of grease and the nice potato feel on my tongue as I slowly swallow them after feeling like heaven for two whole minutes I highly recommend McDonald’s and especially the fries😁

This morning I was at the drive thru at approximately 9:25, ordering only number 6. They told me to wait at number 4. At 9:46 I entered the store. They never served my order and told me that the manager was in the bathroom. They couldn't refund my money. In the end, I had to give them my $7.35 because I was in a hurry. I HOPE THEY REFUND IT... For a McDonald, way better than the one at 22003 Katy fwy location . I live so close to the other one , but due to their horrible horrible service and long ass waiting time , I ‘d rather drive far away to this better one than go there . What can I do , kids like McDonalds.

This is a total lost of money and time. I just get off work I cook but I cheated. This is the WORST FOOD EXPERIENCE COLD DOUBLE FISH, COLD FRENCH FRYS AND WATER DOWN LEMONADE. I see why they have poor reviews. It's management and staff that show laziness and no interest In customer service. LESSON LEARNED!!

I come here often for breakfast in the morning before work BUT the staff was so so helpful when I came inside to get multiple gift cards to celebrate coworkers of mine
They were patient and kind and I'm so thankful for them ☺️
