They forget entire meals from orders at least 50% of the time, and there is something wrong with the order at least 90% of the time. They ALWAYS forget to give you dipping sauces, even when you pay for extra.

I usually don’t like going a putting bad reviews but this is the 2 time they do this . I went to go get some fries so I can go home a relax after a stressful day. And I politely asked them to make everything fresh I didn’t mind the extra waiting because I am paying for my food. They give me my food and I check it and the fries were old and stale so I give to the lady and tell her I asked for fresh food . And the other lady bagging rhr food she said “what does she want” like excuse me!? I am paying for my food !! And she takes them back and takes about 1 min and comes back with another bag and is the “fresh fries” so I say thank you and I was going to park to eat but I wanted to go home and I get one friend and it’s hot but stale as hell and all the fries from the bottom and old and stale and nuggets are all old as well Like foreals I am paying for my food . Do better !

I never write reviews but I really loved this place. All the workers were so nice and polite. I did have a problem with the machine but they fixed that right away. They even didn’t let me pay for the drinks. The food was really great priced, not over priced. The food was fresh and good food. The inside of the McDonald’s was so spacious, clean, and smelled really nice and it was well decorated. The workers would bring the food to you and even thank YOU for being there, they were so well respected. While I was eating, I also people get their drinks for free so that was nice, drinks aren’t charged and so are the sauces. I really recommend this place, the best McDonald’s I’ve been to, would definitely come again.

I’m making this review because I’m almost certain my soda smelled like mold. They had forgot to put a straw in my delivery bag, so i poured some of my soda into a smaller cup, when I went to take a sip I notice a weird smell. So I smelled the drink that was in my cup and smelled the drink in the McDonald’s cup. I thought it was my cup that made it smell that way, so I tossed the drink in my cup out. Well after sometime I drank from the McDonald’s cup and I smelled that smell again, so I googled what does soda smell like when it comes from a moldy machine, and that described exactly what I smelled. It was really faint so I just kept sniffing it to make sure I wasn’t tripping. I did try to call the location to let them know about what I experienced but all I got was an answering machine saying they are busy. I hope this is taken care of as soon as possible because I drank it and now I just might get sick from it. Oh and they also put pickles on my sandwich when I clearly says no pickles. So the only thing I could enjoy from this meal was the fries, they were the only thing that came in right or at least not smelly. I put 3 stars bc I’ve eaten at this location before and it can be hit or miss, but I don’t expect much from McDonald’s, but I do expect them to keep a clean environment at least.

The fries are a hit or miss here. Sometimes they're great! Sometimes, they're cold/stale. The only reason I go to McDonald's over any other fast food is because of their fries. So when you're going here and love McDonald's French fries. Just know, they're either going to suck, or they'll be great.
