We always come to this McDonald and they always have an attitude when we put curbside order and today we put a order for breakfast and unfortunately all of our McMuffin with eggs most of them had shells in the it was so disgusting

We went to the McD's at 405 S Fry Rd, Katy, TX 77450 and ordered at 4:15 pm. We waited 30 minutes for our order. We then asked the staff if it was almost ready and were told it would be another 30 minutes. The restaurant had other customers that had ordered before us and were still waiting. We cancelled our order and left. This is the worst McD's we've ever ben too and we visit McD all over the country.

Long wait time for table side delivery. My boyfriend got his food fast then it Took about 30 minutes to get the food I got for my daughter and I. Boyfriend was already done with his meal by then

This McDonald's is good when they have items. Sometimes there's no sauces for nuggets. Sometimes the soda is flat flat. They take FOREVER for the food to be cold once you receive it. Most recently they had an issue so they closed an hour early but didn't put any signs up to notify the car line that they were closed.

Waited 20 minutes for my food to find out it was canceled. The manger was rude and she didn't have the time to help. Worst service ever from McDonalds. They need to train their employees.
