Service was fast, food was hot and the outside of the facility was clean (drive-thru). The prices were not listed for the Sweets/Treats on the drive-thru screen but the team member was Happy to verify the prices and let me know without an attitude. Great Customer Service always makes spending money with a business seem worthwhile! Thank you for providing Service with a Smile:) Blessings!

I stopped counting how many times they mess my coffee up, it's like they don't care. I only go there at night after 11 and if Carlos ain't working I don't even bother... Everytime he's working my coffee is on point..Far as food, fries are cold most times, the good manager they had during daytime is not working here anymore but she was on point

Drive thru- only 2 cars - I ordered Quarter pounder deluxe, no onions, no ketchup. And plain tea w/ light ice. When I opened it at home, neither thing I ordered is right. The tea was so disgustingly sweet you could stand a spoon up in it. And, of course, there were onions and a blob of ketchup. So what is the point of " ordering"? They have people working there who can't take down an order correctly, can't follow directions to fill an order correctly, and can't even say a simple "thank you". Oh, yes, the person at the pick up window did say something that remotely sounded like " hamma dice de". Clearly a memorized set of sounds that they have no comprehension of. And yes, I did call to speak to the manager. A young- sounding girl answered but couldn't hear me due to the amazingly loud people around her. She hung up. I called back. After 3 times of not answering the phone, another "manager" (Ellie..??") finally answered. This one didn't bother to hear the complaint-- as soon as she realized I was telling her the order was wrong she interrupted to say if I bring back my receipt they will redo it. And hung up on me again. Yes, I know, it's McDonalds-- what do I expect? Well, I expect my order to be correct. You took my money. Now do your job. I expect some kind of appreciation for my business and my money I gave you. I expect you to only hire people who are not breaking our laws and who can function in our language. It's not enough that you teach someone to fry meat or fill cups. They should be able to comprehend what your customer is requesting. And they should be polite. This location is one of the worst I've seen in a long time. I do not recommend. Take your money to a locally owned business. That's what I'll be doing from now on.

It was late at night and the crew was probably very understaffed
My fries were cold and stale and they messed up on my order. Had to come back to get my fries because they never gave them to me and they messed up on my digital coupon
Again, they did their best as they were understaffed and management/owners should supply more staff at that time of night

Feb 27 placed a mobile order for it to all wrong it's not hard working at mc Donalds yall Want get paid 20 n hr or more and can't even get a cheeseburger order right ridiculous mc Donalds stop hiring kids that don't give a dammmmn seems like when the older ppl work the place moves more smoothly n orders get done right.
