If I could give this place 0 stars I would. There was no sweet tea available for myself as the customer to serve my self at the station. I proceeded to ask the front service representative whom was by the name of Juan. I had asked if I could get some sweet tea. I told him to not put anymore ice as I only wanted light ice. He still put more ice after I told him not to. He then told me “oh you can finish it and then you can dump the ice…” Why couldn’t you do it there on drain and then put light ice to reserve my drink? Horrible service. After looking around there was another customer complaining about an order being messed up.

This is one of the best McDonald's. Not all of them are the same some are just better than others. Only the mornings are the risky times to go, but if you want good McDonald's lunch this is probably one of the best.

I had the worst experience with multiple employees. I visited on august 28th around 10pm to pick up an order for door dash. I went through the drive through like I normally do late at night because most fast food lobby’s are closed by 10. The man on the speaker didn’t even ask for my door dash order name and just told me to pull up to the second window. Once I went to the second window an employee was quite rude and I was told ‘the inside is still open to the public you need to go inside’ I asked if I could just grab the order through the window because I was told to pull up to the second window by the first person on the speaker. the man just repeated himself and shut the window. So I pulled around and went inside, once I walked inside and grabbed the order I was rudely questioned why I was inside of the lobby by another employee. I expressed an employee at the window told me I needed to come inside to get the order. The employee still continued the aggressive questioning even after I explained why I was inside. Overall it was a horrible experience and I wasn’t even the one getting food from here. Will not be accepting any door dashes from this McDonald’s or ordering from there myself.

This McDonald’s need to be given some attention by the people that are running the store. I have never had a chance of getting a vanilla cone ice-cream. I have tried for 3 years and not even once I was able to get a cone. The moment you walk up to the register and say cone, they just immediately says “No we don’t have it.” So depressing to hear. On the other hand, the McDonalds which is close to i-10 in Walmart almost always has the cone available. This is that awful store that I won’t even give my business to.
