Of the worst experiences of my life! It's my first time going to this place and I honestly hope it's the last. No one serves you outside they send you to the kiosks without explaining how to use them, they gave me my cold food and that they made me wait a long time bad service bad quality I do not recommend it there are many more restaurants with higher standards

Cameron (a manager I guess?) argued with us when we asked for a refund. Ordered 2 drinks and 2 cheeseburgers. The rude man at the first window got one of the drinks wrong (tasted it while waiting on 2 basic cheeseburgers)
The drive thru took almost 20 minutes and nothing was ready when we got to the window. We just asked for refund and wanted to get home. We didnât wanna wait any longer for 2 basic cheeseburgers; Cameron argued âif you were only waiting for cheeseburgers then what is this?!â
We tried to give the INCORRECT drinks back, and Cameron said they couldnât take it through the window (okay understandable for health reasons). But then ONLY REFUNDED the 2 cheeseburgers. Our drink was wrong and you refused to take it through the window? WTH?
My older mom went in and brought the drinks and Cameron STILL argued and said âyall were drinking themââŠ.we took 1 literally sip and noticed it was wrong.
Tons of frustrated patrons inside and having to pull in a spot through the drive through. There are 100 spots better than this around the area, AND a hundred McDonaldâs that can at least meet a minimum standard of âaccurate and quick.â
Cameron can promptly go work in the kitchen if they canât act somewhat decently with customers in the front of the house (itâs McDonaldâs so the bar is already low). We had been traveling and got tired of waiting and wanted nothing for free, but Cameron wanted to argue TWICE. All of the staff looked clueless, so Iâm sure they were getting their butt handed to them with the rush, but thatâs not on me. We simply got tired of waiting and didnât wanna wait for a remake.

They do a lot mistake, for my order in cubside they never come and when go in, they dont have ready my order and I see othes como after me in cubside and leave and I stay waiting, inside the give me drink with ice when I say no Ice, they dont ask if you are waiting or for order, see people return wrong orders or incomplete. Need to training the team for what is customer service, this is a fast food and bad service do people dont return for this one for the same I say here.

There are 2 drive thrus orders but only 1 is working. Even when pulling up, it takes a good 5 minutes before being asked to order.

I just wanted to switch my adult happy meal toy. I got a hamburger block⊠the box was still sealed. Theyâre acting like the work in the pentagon the way they protect these toys.
