Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. Never going back.
I went to this McDonald’s expecting a quick meal, but it turned into an absolute nightmare.
I ordered a burger, fries, and a Coke. They gave me a burger with ingredients I specifically didn’t ask for, and the fries were old, dry, hard, and completely tasteless. The food looked and smelled so bad I was afraid to eat it. Honestly, it seemed like it had been sitting there forever. I politely complained twice, and still, I was treated like I was the one causing the problem.
The staff was beyond rude, disrespectful, and clearly didn’t care at all. They gave me dirty looks, responded with attitude, and only agreed to remake the order because they knew they were being watched by the cameras. And when I finally got the food back—it was even worse than the first time. I ended up throwing it away because I was scared I’d get sick. That’s my hard-earned money completely wasted.
What’s worse is that the people working at this location are ruining the McDonald’s brand and reputation. I used to enjoy eating here, but after this, I’m done. If management doesn’t take action, they’re going to keep losing customers because of employees who don’t want to work, don’t care about quality, and treat customers like trash.
Best McDonald's in this community. Frappe, ice cream never runs out. Surprisingly the help-yourself ketchup station is still functional.

I ate breakfast here this morning. I had a Bacon, Egg, and cheese McGriddle Sandwich and a Diet Coke. Food was excellent, and service was great.

i went today with my boyfriend and everyone was just looking at us will i was waiting for someone to take the order and they will just pass by of and they won’t even say anything until i ask a guy name mark and he was really nice and helpful, definitely the worst mc donald’s. and the part from the drinks it’s DISGUSTING!!!!!!

Great drive through service and very friendly cashiers! The managers definitely need more training in how to lead a shift though. When it gets busy, I understand everyone is running around doing things but employees should not be running around like chickens with their heads cut off trying to figure out what to do. It’s very clear just from sitting in the lobby and watching the employees that there is a lack of leadership in management.

Just purchased a burger 🍔 meal Got home poured my fries 🍟 out added ketchup and was enjoying when I saw 👀 this hair it was just getting good 🤮
Going to use survey receipts to grab a burger when a lady I guess the manager tells I can't use the receipts at this McDonald's due to me not purchasing prior meals from this location. Unheard of,at least to my knowledge so finally she went ahead and did two separate orders instead of one order. Okay I guess? Food was not good. The cheese was not melted and the meat was cold. The store was nice and clean but I don't think I will revisit this location due to the weird rule change with promo receipts.
