Great drive through service and very friendly cashiers! The managers definitely need more training in how to lead a shift though. When it gets busy, I understand everyone is running around doing things but employees should not be running around like chickens with their heads cut off trying to figure out what to do. It’s very clear just from sitting in the lobby and watching the employees that there is a lack of leadership in management.

Going to use survey receipts to grab a burger when a lady I guess the manager tells I can't use the receipts at this McDonald's due to me not purchasing prior meals from this location. Unheard of,at least to my knowledge so finally she went ahead and did two separate orders instead of one order. Okay I guess? Food was not good. The cheese was not melted and the meat was cold. The ONLY complaint is that they HABITUALLY give the wrong item; or do not include ALL items, and when I get home, I discover I got the incorrect item; was shorted item(s); it's had to get competent help. Instead of the drive thru, I go inside and order; and when I get the order, I ask that they make it to go.
