Clean restaurant on the inside, cool vibe. Service was sub par at best. We got attitude when we didn’t want to order at the Kiosk. Our 2 Steak Bagels were good BUT Cold. Took about 18 minutes from order time to receive our food. Would have left a survey but your printers suck and the QR code won’t scan. Weird fatty pieces in the Steak Bagels. Very strange visit to McDonalds. Now I know why I don’t come here. $20 bucks for cold steak 😂

This location always gets the orders wrong. They either miss something entirely or just give you the wrong thing. Also they never seem to have the current Happy Meal toys. We try to avoid this location but when we end up here, it’s always some old toy from months past. How are we in August of 2025 and still giving out Pet Simulator toys from 2024? Unacceptable.

They way they handle the drive thru is ridiculous. No one has 10 minutes to sit in the drive thru at McDonalds. 9 of 10 times they get the order wrong.

Snack wraps definitely had bleach/cleaning products in them or on surface prepared. It was so bad on one I almost got sick and threw it away. Staff needs to pay attention. 8/20/2025 11:10am.

Wait time at 7:30pm on a Sunday, 30 minutes. Thought I'd lose my mind trapped in that line. 🤯. Ugh!
I asked the poor payment girl when I finally got to that window and she said they were short 6 staff that night. I was just so mad about the experience. ☹️

Went through the drive through for a mobile order, I received my happy meal and drinks, but the rest of my order was never brought out. I had to go in to get the issue resolved, but there was nobody at the front while multiple employees walked by the line of people. Once someone help and remade my order, I got home and it was still wrong. Will not be returning to this McDonalds.

There's always a long line, and it is slow. Either they are short staffed, or the employees are slow. Being a fast food restaurant and in a high traffic area, this place should take the necessary measures to run fast and smooth.
