Slowest and worst service. I was the only customer in the lobby and it took 15 minutes to complete my order, and it was wrong. Beatriz did not know how to take my order and did not apologized when my order was wrong and had to be replaced. Such a lack of customer service.

Went through the drive through and the manager was yelling at their Hispanic workers about how they should’ve continued working off the clock for another hour. Idk what the details are but pressuring your employees to work off the clock is not only against the law and disgusting to do in general but to scream all of that within earshot of customers is crazy! I felt so bad for the employees this happened today 2/13/2025 around 3:15

This location regularly gives out wrong orders with rancid cheese that smells awful making it inedible and old stale fries. I actively avoid this location and it's always a gamble coming here.

This morning, I stopped by this McDonald’s to pick up hot coffee, egg McMuffin, and a hash brown. When I was handed my food through the drive-through, I was ready to take that 1st sip of my hot coffee. Well to my surprise, it was warm not hot so inconveniently I had to get out of my vehicle in the cold weather and request a new cup of hot fresh coffee.
My hash brown was lukewarm, and the cheese on my McMuffin was cold , to include the meat. At this point I was very upset and annoyed, and it was too late for me to turn around and go back because I was pressed for time. I encourage everyone please check all your food, including tasting your food before you leave the premises.

Worst service ever. I received a McRib with no meat. Went back and they directed me straight to a curbside pick up spot. Waited almost 30 minutes, so I gave them a call and 5 mins later they brought out just the McRib. Not even a courtesy of a new meal.
