Once the one customer who caused a traffic jam moved on, this location was smoking fast! Everyone is curtious, food was great and the fries are spot on! A note, entry and exit is a little challenging so just be on guard. Still worth a visit.

Horrible Service!! The manager was rude and talking over me. It is Christmas Eve and I understand everyone wants to get home to their families but leaving people in line that has been waiting for over 10 minutes and when I get to the intercome to place my order after you just took the car in front me order you tell me you are Closed is unacceptable. Good customer service is send someone out put cones out and anyone that comes behind the people already in line gets turned away. The manager walks outside to cut off the line but Refused to take the orders of people already in line she stated they already begun throwing food away so no food is available remind you it only 4:56pm and they close at 5pm. So disappointed in the service here will not support this location in the future. As a manager that was unacceptable she needs to be restrained.

When called up to mcdonalds i was rushed off the phone, they always say “the ice cream machine isn’t working” which is a way of saying i dont wanna clean the ice cream machine, its always the same problems either my fries are cold or they never have ice cream .

The night shift employees at this McDonald's are, without a doubt, the best out of all the locations in Katy. The food consistently tastes great. This is my go-to spot during the night; they just do it better than everyone else.

Clean restaurant on the inside, cool vibe. Service was sub par at best. We got attitude when we didn’t want to order at the Kiosk. Our 2 Steak Bagels were good BUT Cold. Took about 18 minutes from order time to receive our food. Would have left a survey but your printers suck and the QR code won’t scan. Weird fatty pieces in the Steak Bagels. Very strange visit to McDonalds. Now I know why I don’t come here. $20 bucks for cold steak 😂

This location always gets the orders wrong. They either miss something entirely or just give you the wrong thing. Also they never seem to have the current Happy Meal toys. We try to avoid this location but when we end up here, it’s always some old toy from months past. How are we in August of 2025 and still giving out Pet Simulator toys from 2024? Unacceptable.
They way they handle the drive thru is ridiculous. No one has 10 minutes to sit in the drive thru at McDonalds. 9 of 10 times they get the order wrong.
