I ordered McDelivery and the "DoorDash" NEVER SHOWED UP! $45 worth of food. I did not get a meal replacement. They fixed my granddaughter her happy meal. I had to call Door Dash to get a refund. I was hangry. The delivery driver called and hung up in my face. I called back, he acted like he didn't speak English, then hung up in my face again! Never showed up! I had to go to the restaurant which was out of the way. The first manager (guy)I spoke to had no compassion...

By far the worst location I'm the katy /west houston area. Horrible service, And they can't seem to make any coffee correctly.. even though it takes them 10 minutes to make.

Sodas were not cold and some without co2, to complete a semi good decent hamburger I had to buy extra lettuce and tomatoe and an extra meat, the hamburguer it’s too small, and the service it’s terrible, the table was dirty, they have some new hamburgers but they aren’t showed in the menu, I bought a coffee but i couldn’t drink it at the store because they were cleaning the floor.
