I am not sure what happened, but this entire order was inedible. Fries were cold and stale. Nuggets were cold. The burger buns were so stale, you could thump them with your finger and it was solid. We didn’t eat any of it and just threw it away. So disappointing!

The service was terrible, the attention was fatal from the window, they gave me the cold order even though They parked the drinks they didn't come complete and they gave me only one and the flavor I didn't ask for

I live near by but I usually drive about 10 mins away to a different McDonald's because of the slow, slow service at this location. The food is usually okay but they do mess up about one in every three or so orders.

Guy working the cashier was extremely rude… not sure how he got a job in customer service.
Today i was given 20 nuggets instead of the burger/fries meal i ordered. Went inside to try to get it corrected. Waited in line as someone was gettng their food as i walked up. Lady finished with that customer, i walked right up to counter. She proceeded to look at me, then went back into the back to continue packing other food. At first i thought “ok she just needed to do one then comes to help me” nope. She continues to package food while glancing over at me. A couple other workers glance over as well but no help still.
It took me going behind the counter and yelling 3-4 times “hello?! Can someone help me?” Finally got the manager who actually did help but didnt really seem to care. She was also one of the ones previously glancing but not helping.
A change or retraining staff is probably i order for this location. This was really bad and really just one more experience like this from this location for me never coming back and recommending against it.
