Trash location. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it was cold and you can tell it was old. I asked them to remake it and they gave me the same sandwich. They hire anybody and so the employees don't care because it's not their food. No one wants to spend their hard earned money only to receive old cold food. I will never go to any McDonald's again. Better customer service elsewhere. The reviews suck for a reason. Do better McDonald's!!!

The franchise operators seems to be cheap owners, 2nd lane is never operational at night. Doors are closed after 8 pm and no sign posted on doors of this info either so no orderimg from inside the store, msy be 2-3 workers present, so one is stuck to place order via one lane only that moves slower than turtles!! Don't know why keep it 24hrs if they can't keep operation smooth after 8pm...McDonald's Corporate need to seriously look into this location. This location has zero service concept. Carvline is long, give yourself 11 to 15 mins!! They some times upsize or make order into meals without consent...!!!!

I asked for 4D. Spicy deluxe chicken.
Probably 4-5 times.
There was a language barrier and I get that - but I paid for food and didn’t even get what I ordered.
I got a plain chicken sandwich, and NO sauce (despite asking for ranch 3-4 times over the speaker)
There were multiple people speaking over the drive through line, just have someone that’s bilingual stand there. I don’t wanna pay for food I don’t want.

The employees working the overnight shift are clearly failing in basic customer service skills and are consistently mishandling orders. This negligence is unacceptable. An immediate investigation is necessary to address these serious issues, including inadequate training and management oversight. Furthermore, the disrespectful treatment of the delivery team—who are critical to operations—must be addressed without delay. Such behavior and performance are unacceptable and must be corrected promptly.

I had a really disappointing experience at this location. The manager was extremely rude—she yelled at customers instead of handling issues calmly or respectfully. While we were in the drive-thru, they gave us the wrong item, and when we pointed it out, the staff showed no concern or effort to make it right. The attitude from the team, especially the manager, felt completely apathetic. Definitely not the kind of service you'd expect.
They are always behind on their drive-thru orders. And at night it’s a good 30minute plus wait on the lanes.And usually in the morning they always get my order wrong. I’ve asked for sausage breakfast muffins on the app and in person they always give me ham. Maybe they don’t have it available early in the morning but they should let the customer know before subbing it themselves.

Trust me when I say, avoid this location at all costs!
One of the worst McDonald’s near my house. I got charged for food I never received. Went back to the restaurant and they said they can’t refund me?! Now I have to call McDonald’s customer support. The mexican girl with the dark hair at the drive thru (the one that accepts payments) is the worst. The McDonald’s where I used to live was the best but this one is straight trash. They seriously hire anybody on the street. Why you would charge somebody’s card and not give them a receipt is beyond me.
