Came by between 2:50am and 3:10am April 20th 2024No response at drive thru but a couple cars in the parking lot and clearly people walking around inside.If y’all are counting the till or, POS is down, an explanation would be better than no explanation. Please do better.

Normally I can’t say anything bad about McDonalds. It’s what you expect from a fast food place. However, this particular location is terrible. The food gave me the runs, the service was excruciatingly slow, everyone working back there looked confused and disoriented. I’ve never seen a McDonalds operate like that…Ever?!? Maybe it’s bad management or lack of proper training. Staff just waits and walks around and everything is very disorganized.

I am a regular here that comes because of convenience it's on the way to my husband's work but this will be the last visit. So many times they have to correct missing items, our last visit I waited 15-20min for breakfast food I seriously thought they forgot about us. I tried calling but there was no answer and then I hung up because our food was finally coming. Upon ordering, the lady was so rude. No good morning, how can I help you. No, she was rushing me. "What would you like, hello!?" Didn't even give me a chance to say anything, and to the next person, I heard her speak just as awful. There is a guy there, too bad experience, always rushing people when taking orders. I suggest going to the McDonald's on westheimer Pkwy or the one way across town by HEB on S. Fry, orders are never wrong, always fresh, and workers are so nice.
