Food is 50/50 you can tell when they give you old nuggets or fries that were put back in the fryer to be reheated. Take out service is awful. For every breakfast and dinner take out order I've waited at the counter for a minimum of 20 mins to be helped along with other customers. The employees in the kitchen just stare at you the whole time while you call for help. Could use better management if there's no expectation or training for the staff to acknowledge customers.

Just picked up my mobile order and I’m missing 20 nuggets out of 40. I had to wait extra time so they could bring it out for this to happen, I didn’t think I would have to open the boxes individually before leaving their lot to count my nuggets. I don’t live near this location, I was just in the area picking up groceries.

One of the few locations that has a play area. The whole restaurant is so so dirty. Napkins all over the floor, the drink station so dirty, the kids area was disgusting. The family restroom is very convenient..if it was clean and usable. It was so gross made us Gag. There was not one trash can in the whole building not over spilling with trash. Not one! They were so full the trash was falling out to the floor so people had left their trash on the tables. They really need to get it together.

At the McDonald's in Cinco ranch, you can come to expect excellent customer service. The staff speaks both Spanish and English (albeit some workers can't speak English). The food is what you'd expect from a McDonald's, but both the inside and outside look clean. The way you're treated is a great feeling and I'd recommend this location for any fast food lover ?
No stars for service and atmosphere. Oct. 26 (morning manager) Manager is rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and impolite. I am disabled veteran, I know what customer service looks like. There's been multiple times of his rudeness.
People are speaking very rudely when I was saying burger doesn’t taste good.
There is no manager available in this place to complain about i feel really the way they spoke to me.

New staff don’t speak English very well Tried explaining to them once you handle money at the register you shouldn’t go back and touch people’s food. One guy used his bare hands to put fries for someone. So gross. Tables arnt cleaned up after customers leave. Used to be so much better

Showed up at 1030pm and told they were closed. Your store hours are until 11pm. Don’t clean your stations so early hoping to go home early. You get paid an hourly job an to be open until closing time in which you get paid to close after closing hours. Let me guess yall billed hours well beyond y’all’s closing time. Place can’t get orders right during normal business hours and say they’re closed although they have customers in the lobby.

My son saw the .50 burger special for today that they have been advertising like crazy , when we showed the cashier the app with the code she said she couldn't honor it because the system was down . All the wasted time and driving for nothing. What's a scam.
