Ordered 2 happy meals with hello kitty toys, but got the very old kid toys instead without any notice. My kids are so disappointed. Very bad experience at this location.

If I could have given this one half of a star that is what I would have done.Horrible experience they couldn't locate my mobile app order n was just standing their for minutes on minutes b4 I saw my order was canceled and now iam still waiting for my money back to my card.smh.

Ordered a basic bacon quarter pounder (shouldnt be hard to make with the extra add ons right? Wrong) didn't have the extra lettuce I paid for or the mayo or even the bacon which is absolutely ridiculous.. Come on guys.. it has BACON as the first word for the burger. I worked fast food, it's not hard to double check the orders you put out. Hopefully (if) the next time I order it isn't as crappily done.

Lots of parking available and there is a drive through if you want to eat on the go. We decided to eat in and the kids played in the indoor play area. Ordering food was easy and it was fast, as you'd expect. Food was ok and service was good.

Literally the best McDonald’s ever! Such such good service. ALL employees are so polite no matter what time it is. I live closer to the I-10 McDonalds but drive the extra 3 mins each way to this location because I have never ONCE had bad service here. The GOAT of McDonalds locations. Very clean too.
This McDonald’s has really fallen down hill. I couldn’t understand the girl speaking at the drive through line and I ordered a meal and she gave me a burger only. When I finally got the fries, they were cold and horrible and the burger was thrown together and was not good. I won’t be returning to this place.

Food is 50/50 you can tell when they give you old nuggets or fries that were put back in the fryer to be reheated. Take out service is awful. For every breakfast and dinner take out order I've waited at the counter for a minimum of 20 mins to be helped along with other customers. The employees in the kitchen just stare at you the whole time while you call for help. Could use better management if there's no expectation or training for the staff to acknowledge customers.
