Food is not so good. I see the place is understaffed. Orders are sometimes not correct. I ordered a ice coffee and it didn't look the same dark color. It looked like watered-down ice tea. I refused it after twice they were saying it is ice coffee. I will stop going to this McDonald's. Also atmosphere is not so friendly staff.

This was the nicest McDonald's I've ever been to. It was clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. They even delivered our meals to the table. The food was hot and fresh.

Terrible customer service. You ask for the tables to be cleaned and they ignore you. They should retrain the staff members to be more attentive and listen to the customers.

Do yourself a favor and go to chicafila! The food took forever to be made. The restroom flooded, the kids area smells like a supermarket, and the floor is filled with trash.

This McDonald’s has definitely made a turn for the better. One time I came here and the play area was disgusting. BUT now it’s clean as a whistle! They had a 3rd party cleaning the area + the workers are amazing! Very helpful and attentive.

This was Thanksgiving morning around 7:45 a.m.
There was no one in line but myself, I repeated my order six times, to three different people and then had an upcharge because the number 7 / breakfast burrito meal only comes apparently with free coffee for the $7 price of the meal. I was unaware that there was a charge for anything other than coffee. I'm not a coffee person so I ordered orange juice and was promptly charged another $1.20 for the upcharge. Upon seeing the additional charge I inquired as to why then I was told about the policy on the drink with this meal so I just canceled the entire order. As the first two people, we're not very friendly and could have cared less if I ordered or not. So I chose not.
This is what our society is coming to people wanting $13 or $14 an hour to work at a fast food restaurant and then they don't even care about the people that are paying that $13 to $14 an hour.
Usually don't mind this place, Valeria I think her name is, is super sweet and nice. Today in particular (11/22/24) there was a cook I think (he was wearing yellow and black skinny jeans making burgers) who walked out from the back swearing up and down in spanish, walked out through the side of the drive thru, and came back. I don't wanna bring my kids here after school here if this is how it is when it gets a lil busy
