I just moved to katy. I'm from the north west side of Houston. I had a very good butcher on that side of town. La boucheri . I've been looking for good short ribs. I went to the cherry block,and it didn't live up to the standards I'm used too. I ended up at Meat Masters in my journey, and I just have to say they lived up. The best dyno pack I've ever purchased. Very meaty,good marbling. Fantastic looking Meat! I found a good butcher shop. I am so happy 😊. If your not going to Meat Masters your messing up promise. I've been to almost every butcher shop in katy. Why we're they last on list crap,but I found them. I will never go anywhere else.

Thank you Meat Masters for 2 beautiful cuts of NY Sirloin Strips for dinner tonight! Perfectly paired with roasted potatoes and steamed broccoli drizzled with delectable cheese sauce. Gave Joel my budget and he produced! Fresh, amazing and worth the visit! Never underestimate the value of a local butcher shop.

My husband and I came into today, because I was looking for a decent cut of meat for the smoker for the 4th of July.
I had looked at two other meat markets but hadn’t purchased anything at the other two shops.
The store is small, but the quality and availability was fantastic. A gentlemen named Joe helped me at the counter, and answered all my questions and even offered some amazing advice for when I eventually smoke my first brisket. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.
In addition to the meat I picked up for the smoker I also got some of the Scottish Salmon, and it is phenomenal. We will absolutely continue to come here in the future!

Bought 3 chickens and asked for them to be cut up for fried chicken... It was done in about 5 minutes. Great customer service as well as a good selection of meat. We'll go back

We tried the Elk tenderloin and kangaroo meat. One of the best quality meat they provide. I will surely visit soon again to try ostrich meat and venison meat. They are very friendly with great care towards customers

Best chicken in town. Tastes so much better than the hormone blasted chicken from chain grocery stores. The beef quality and selection is first class. Cut to order and dry aged for added flavor. Go visit them for all of your meats!!

May 2024- Update of my review.It’s been more than six years since my last review and I recommend Meat Master’s even more highly now ! If anything, it’s gotten better. The smiles that greet you every time you walk in, the quality of the delicious meats they offer and the friendliest service ever make the whole experience even more meaningful. Give it a try ! CheersThis is Katy’s best ! We enjoyed the most delicious smoked Thanksgiving turkey EVER last year and are picking up this year’s next week. Did I mention our Christmas ham and the smoked brisket, real Idaho potatoes, home-made tamales and the Picanha beef and if you don’t know what that is, boy, are you in for a treat !! Gosh, we used to think you had to be rich and famous to enjoy such deliciousness, but Marvin’s found a way to provide both. Check it out. You won’t be disappointed.
