Glad I chose this place. I don't go to the butchers much. So I liked that they had large posters showing different cuts of lamb, mutton, beef & pork. Happily offered to vacuum seal everything. Definitely the pros & best one yet. Offered an awesome sample of sausage after purchase.

Excellent meat, BUT YOU BETTER CALL BEFORE DRIVING OVER THERE. THEY RANDOMLY CLOSE ON REGULAR BUSINESS DAYS. The last 3 times I’ve driven there, they were closed. Oh well, in a city size of Houston, there are numerous alternatives.

We came through as first time customers and asked for pork standing ribs cut in a particular manner which we had struggled to find in grocery stores. I went here looking for veal scaloppini, which they do not have unless you special order it. They did however carry Biltong. I took a lb home and spiced it myself to make peri peri biltong. Not a bad rendition of this South African food. Good selection of frozen meats.

Hidden gem. Bought some NY stip to cook for family. Service was great and steak was amazing quality. Also, I didn't mess up the cook. It was sooo good. Will be back.
This is the place for fine cuts of meat that your local grocery stores may not have. My ribeye steaks were cut to my preferences instead of predetermined sizes sitting in a display case. The pork chops were as incredible as my steaks. The meat market sits in a small shopping plaza which could make it easy to miss. Meat Masters is a very clean small to moderate size shop with adequate staff. They are friendly and patient with first time customers with many questions. I'm already planning my next visit.

I called ahead asking if they sold bones to make broth and they said they did. When I arrived in the afternoon, the man I spoke with on the phone remembered me and helped me get everything. He grabbed the bones, gave recommendations on how much to get, weighed and bagged them, and even cut them down smaller for me! All I had to do was tap my card and say thank you. Both men working were very kind and patient. The price was great. The customer service was awesome. The place smells so good when you walk in too. I will definitely be back!!

My first time walking in a true meat market (bc it intimidates me) and it was a wonderful experience! Caleb was so very helpful and explained all the types of steaks and cuts. He was friendly and did not make me feel the least bit d*** for asking rookie questions. He also gave me cooking tips, which I used and we had amazing steaks for dinner.. We have now found our new butcher to get all of our steaks. Thank you Caleb!!

The best meat in town! Always fresh, great marbling, and ooooh the flavor. The guys are super helpful and great to get to know. They also have Salmon which is fresh and not farmed. I've gone to HEB, Costco, Randals and all their meat is bland.
