Our excitement about going to this restaurant for the first time quickly faded, as we really didn't like the food and, in addition, the quality of service provided by Miss Genesis was very poor from the onset. Even though she knew it was our first time there, she made no attempt to help us with our choice. Despite knowing that we didn't like some of the dishes, she tried to force us to leave her a tip in a very rude manner, as it was not included in the bill. Although we sincerely told her that it was not our wish, as we really did not feel comfortable, she took offence and tried to lecture us on why it was not right and that we had to conform to the rules of this country and that her salary depended on the tip, which was incredibly rude and unprofessional. A total disappointment.

The food looks great, but the customer service is not that attentive. I arrived for an order for pick up while the restaurant only had 1 dine in guest. I waited over 30 minutes to get my order (which I had ordered ahead of time). They were showing no rush at all, no apology, just seemed they didn’t care. I hope their pick up process improves because their food looks great!

I had a bad experience in this location the waitress was so rude with my daughter only because she didn't like the plate she ordered, she didn't say nothing but the manager asked why my daughter didn't eat the tilapia and she said because was flavorless. And he gave us a discount I told him that is not necessary I'll pay but he insisted. For that reason the waitress came angry and was so rude because she said why didn't you tell me that the food was flavorless and I told her the manager was asking and like we felt obligated to say why she didn't eat it. my daughter felt so bad, they should be more respectful towards the customers.
