For many decades, this has been the go to place in Katy. Not only for the delicious barbecue, but a great and friendly atmosphere. You can get the homemade jerky and beef sticks, your favorite beers, and some wonderful desserts. I have personally eaten Midway BBQ for over 30 years, being a Katy native. I've never been let down by the food or the service. And they even have a rewards program for frequent diners. Definitely go in and check it out. The taxidermy on the wall is worth the trip.

Needed a quick meal with Gluten Free options and this place was perfect. No line, food came out quick. Peppered turkey was moist with lots of flavor. My brisket taco was excellent and a decent size for $6. I would stop here again between Austin and Houston, or if I'm at Katy Mills

I am SO TIRED of having to follow around behind people whose job is SO SIMPLE!!!!!! When you ask me what I want...LISTEN TO ME!!!! My grandson is sitting here...the only one with NO DINNER, because the people you hired to take orders CAN'T TAKE THE WHOLE ORDER!!!
Yes, I could check everything thoroughly, reviewing the ticket...unpacking the bag, counting every item. But, ISN'T THAT YOUR JOB???!!!

While visiting town, I was taken here by family. I had the 3 meat combo with brisket, pulled pork, and smoked jalapeño cheese sausage. The pulled pork was the tastiest of all three. I’m sure it varies from day to day. Great friendly service. Highly recommended

Decent barbecue. But Rudy’s is waaaaaay better. Tried Midways brisket sandwich which tasted fine, but the ketchupy tasting BBQ killed it for me. Potato salad and cream corn was lackluster. Mac and cheese was fine. That said, next time I want bbq I’ll drive the extra 15 mins to Rudy’s.

I usually go her or get delivery at least once a week and tonight the potatoes were very small. I didn’t get the extra butter and cheese I paid for and one of the potatoes had a bad spot. My salad also only had lettuce and boiled egg which I paid extra for. I only wanted to leave out the onions and red cabbage. I guess that means you get nothing else on a Cobb salad. So disappointed I loved this place.

first time here and it was great. An abundance of parking . fast and easy to find what u want with the menu on the wall with prices. they have weekly specials. if your in Katy TX you should come try this place .
