A sick employee constantly kept coughing while making our drinks. When we politely asked for someone else to remake our drinks as someone was coughing directly into our drinks, they told us that nobody else could make it. Apparently out of all 4-5 employees at a coffee shop on a Sunday morning, there was only one barista who could make a latte….. We gave them back our drinks and were offered absolutely nothing back. I even asked for a paper receipt and did not receive one. It was very disappointing, unprofessional and utterly disgusting. How is someone allowed to work on shift coughing with no mask, no gloves, and no safety precautions whatsoever. They shouldn’t have been at work with dealing with people’s food and drinks at all. On top of that, apparently the only barista as well. We loved this place and came here all the time as they have some of the best chai lattes, but that was completely unacceptable and very disappointing.

Stopped by Minuti Coffee this evening and they did not disappoint. My doppio macchiato came out bold, rich, and exactly the kind of kick I needed to finish the night strong. My daughter treated herself to a chai latte — smooth, lightly sweet, and the perfect dessert-style nightcap. We couldn’t leave without trying the gelato, so we grabbed pistachio and mango (separately, of course). Both had clean, authentic flavors that stood on their own.
A solid stop for anyone who appreciates quality coffee and well-crafted treats.

I’ve visited this location multiple times, and unfortunately my last two experiences were very disappointing. Yesterday I ordered a macchiato and a white chocolate mocha. The white chocolate mocha was great — my husband enjoyed it — but the macchiato tasted nothing like it should. It was completely off.
I decided to give them another chance today. I ordered another white chocolate mocha and also my husband's iced coffee. There seemed to be a communication error on the order, which I didn’t mind fixing, but when I tasted the hot white chocolate mocha coffee it made me feel nauseous. It had a strange taste, almost like expired milk or cardboard.My husband taste his Ice white chocolate mocha it didn't taste right either we had to throw away both coffee it's was just a waste of money 😞
I don’t know what’s been going on with the quality of the drinks lately, but something isn’t right. I hope management can look into this so the drinks go back to the way they used to be.

I just want to say this place is great but most importantly wouldn’t be that great if it wasn’t for the incredible service especially from Logan . What a kind and professional young man and handsome too! Hahaha but really his personality and care for the food and drinks and ALWAYS has a smile on his face . The first time he served me he offered to make me chicken salad sandwich fresh instead of the one in the case . I have come atleast twice a week ever since . He’s definitely the face of the location and should be rewarded . I am a VOC manager for big company and can say he definitely represents well.

Amazing customer service!!!! Never tried this coffee shop before my family and I were from out of town and needed a boost of energy. The drinks were 5 out of 5 stars! 🤩 They are so good!!! My youngest ones got a fruit cup and the fruit was tasty and fresh! When ever I'm passing through or in town I will be returning to this coffee shop. 🫶🏽🫶🏽
Please remove italian from your coffee brand bc it is making Italy look bad. The Ice O vanilla tastes nothin like coffee and more like a milk shake. There is no robust flavor of coffee and your prices are aligned with starbuks but u dont come near the quality of them. This is a sad place for coffee. Disgusting drinks.

Minuti Coffee hits different, smooth, bold, and miles better than Starbucks. The quality speaks for itself. And the staff? So welcoming, you’ll find it hard to leave. My favorite little escape at the end of the day.
