This place is amazing! I love the grilled chicken, loaded fries, falafel and corn! It was all delicious! You definitely need to see Sal. He loves to cook and share it with you.

The service is great. Ambience is top notch but the food was average - the chicken stench was a little too strong for me.

I was hesitant to go because I never really liked it previously. Had their buffet. I have to say the service was great, the food has improved by leaps and bounds. The food kept coming, they chose the first round then you order as you finish. There was nothing we had that wasn't great. I'm not big on sauce, and they do put a bit more than I usually like on my food, but if you ask them to put it on the side or put less they are extremely accommodating. Someone complained about the 15% service charge - it's a tip to ensure his servers get a tip. I can respect a business owner that wants to take care of their employees. My only complaint would be the water bottles that you get charged for which is not clear unless you ask. But over all it was an exceptional experience. Great food at a reasonable price. $20 everywhere is a dish for one at this point, for the same price you are getting a lot of protein not filler dishes.

I can't really say which all you can eat special like God I took the recommendation of the owner and he made some wonderful selections for me my only wish is that I had gotten a picture of the hamburger which was seasoned to Perfection I like spicy and it was spicy I mean spicy not hot where you can't eat it but spicy where it's well seasoned. Just so you get an idea of my spice level, I generally get Thai Spice ( or whatever their highest level is) when I go to Thai restaurants. I like extremely spicy foods. The food is good here, but the ambiance is something they need to work on. I like eating different cuisines and will eat or try different restaurants regardless of price point or type. I came here for a late lunch on Sunday. I usually do brunch at The Rainbow Lodge( I have a table they know to sit me at and to also just bring me a bowl of duck gumbo to start),dinners at Brenner's on the Bayou, The Capital Grill for steak or Killeen's.Just to give you an idea of my staples I think knowing what nothing places a reviewer goes help me in determining if we have similar palates. My favorite dive spots are The Druken Lobster and Crawfish Cafe. But I have dined at most of Houston's hit spots. I eat out 2-3 times a week, so I cover a lot of ground. I took a chance on this place because I saw it on social media, and the chicken looked good. Plus, I had an open house to do down the street, so I planned to eat here after. I wasn't big on the ambiance because I couldn't figure out what they were going for. They have plates, but then they have styrofoam cups, bottles for water, and bottled soda, and they do not give you a cup of ice to go with the bottked drinks that aren't cold. Then, when I walked in, there were bottles of fruit juice they sake along with other items on some front tables like they were stocking? It was something you generally see in the morning when you are prepping g to open. Wasn't bad, but it wasn't great seeing all that stuff on tables as soon as I walked in. All of the tables had a few bottles of water and one large container of juice with two cups on it. They have QR codes for the menu. I think that's cool, but the random drinks on the tables look odd. This is a place to come have good food that is served fresh and are large portions. It is extremely laid back. The idea scenario for eating here is like what I did a late lunch, meal after one of the events at one of the schools ( the AYCE makes that attractive) This is exactly a dive and far from a white linen table cloth restaurant But the food is good. That being said, I highly suggest them for a very casual lunch or dinner. Again, the food is good, but this isn't where you would take someone for ambiance drinking out of water bottles and styrofoam cups. If you are going to have dive characteristics, then do that. Right now, the restaurant does really have a vibe. My two cents are to get rid of the juice, water, and cups on the table. Use tap water but offer bottles.I get it you make more money off the bottles and cups. No dish washing, and plus more profitable. All that said, I do recommend eating here for good food with plentiful portions. The owner just needs to figure out what type of lambiance or vibe they are trying to create. Again love the food definitely cone for the food.

Horrible tasting food. The chicken seemed very stale. The manager was overbearing and made our guests uncomfortable. We brought guests with us and it got quite embarrassing.the manager took a seat with us at our table without even asking. Saying the total bill out loud and pushing us to go for the buffet.

Food was Amazing. Usually buffet places are overly crowded and you have to be in line to take food and it doesn’t stay that warm. I love the concept that they serve hot food to your table. I didn’t have to stand in long lines. The owner was really friendly and helpful. Definitely give them a try.
