I had an amazing experience at Mod Pizza! Sophia went above and beyond with her service, super friendly, patient, and made the whole process smooth. She really paid attention to what I wanted on my pizza, and the way she put it together honestly made it taste amazing. You can tell she takes pride in her work and cares about her customers. Huge shoutout to Sophia for making my visit such a great one, definitely ask for her when you come by!

The food wasn't bad which makes sense I picked out everything on my pizza. But the staff, the people setting up the pizza were just slow. No facial expressions. No customer service. No energy to something as simple as a pizza done and in the oven.

I order from online, when I pick up open the boxes the pizza is not my order. I call the store let them know , the guy told me the order is correct and say you double check this is the correct order , say you are wrong. I tell him the pizza in front of me this is not the right order. After I bring back to store ask for manager, they tell me no manager here. I don’t know why the store no manager on duty, also the guy name jay come to talk to me. I show the pizza to him after he our wrong. I just returned the pizza to them and ask him to cancel it. He told me need to wait for 5 days. I don’t know why the customer service very bad , also how come no manager on duty at the store. Is not I order wrong cancel the the need 5 days to get back money. Crazy.
