I've been here before with average service. But 2 days ago.... OMG... Complete breakdown in service. The staff taking and preparing food were moving so slow.. Beyond slow. Other customers left without ordering when they saw how I was being serviced. They had no idea how to do a salad. A few customers were waiting to pay... Never took my name. Pizzas were ready and getting cold before I spoke up. 4 people there working and never bothered or cared. They all should be let go and hire better.

Worst MOD experience I’ve ever had- I can’t believe how different this was than the S Fry Rd and Cross Creek locations. We waited in line nearly 20 minutes, and there was no one in front of us except the same family that was being helped when we first walked in the door. They have one team member doing each group’s order from pressing the crusts, sauce and cheese, toppings, to the oven. It took more than 10 minutes to get my family’s 3 pizzas through this process. The place was not very busy on a Tuesday night, but the line was almost out the door because it just wasn’t moving.
Also- I have NEVER seen a MOD location count toppings and put so little on each pizza the way they did here. The toppings are unlimited, that’s one of the biggest perks of mod IMO- I asked for extra of every single item. 6 pepperonis is not enough. The cheese they put on my pizza the first time was not nearly enough to cover the sauce.
There was a hair on my child’s pizza when we received it- not acceptable, but I don’t blame anyone for this, we’re all human and shed hair. The team member doing the final touches on the pizzas handled this very kindly and promptly got us a replacement and delivered to our table.
MOD pizzas are delicious but I would never choose this location again, especially if in a hurry.

My second time ordering from here and the pizza and affordability is great, especially for vegan toppings for my husband. However, I asked for a side ranch again hoping they'll include it, but again was not provided. I don't know if it was left in the delivery driver's car, or just forgotten all together. Secondly, I asked for square cut for my pizza and it seemed like they did it with thier eyes closed. Most of the pizza was not the same sized squares and all the edges were very tiny. My husband's vegan pizza was very pale, even though he selected the option for more cooked, and his slices, which were regular cut, were barely cut. It was as if they tried to cut it with a butterknife and gave up. If I choose to eat from here again, I'd go into the store to get all my items and check the pizza right then and there.

Kit is the nicest guy! Enjoyed our feed and my experience there
The workers here are always so friendly :) We went today 6/28/25 around 1-2pm, the 3 workers were all kind and very friendly, thank you! We asked for extra sauce etc & more cook time & they happily obliged. HOWEVER they never cook their roasted garlic enough it’s always hard & not soft enough 🤔🙃 it’s obvious it’s not roasted enough it’s frustrating

The food was really good. Selena helped me out and made my order exactly how I asked—1/4 cheesy bread and the rest pizza. It came out perfect. Also, mix the marionberry lemonade with sweet tea. Trust me.

Today me and my family were really hungry. We wanted something cooked fresh but fast because we had errands to run. I had my reservations in regards to MOD pizza because in the past, the pizza seemed overcooked, dry and the crust was burnt and the ingredients were not evenly distributed so I was not exactly the most happiest about the Morton Ranch location. Despite my apprehension we went to MOD pizza Morton Ranch and from the front counter where we placed our order the young lady there was awesome patient because we did have kids with us that were very picky eaters. She patiently took their orders. Made sure that the pizza looked the way they wanted it to look and then passed it to the lady that was putting the pizza’s in the oven. When our pizzas were ready, I can tell you that everything was fresh hot and not burnt. It was perfect. I thanked Jessica because she was the one turning the pizzas in the oven. She did a phenomenal job, her customer service was awesome because I even added another ingredient right before she put it in the oven and she gave me no pushback. She made sure that I had exactly what I wanted on my pizza and thanks to her I will be coming back again.

What a cool concept and what's even better, the execution is on par. This place reminds me of chipotle ,I'm sure that's where they got their idea. If you love pizza, you'll love this place because it's fast and clean and the staff is top notch. I would like to specifically give kudos to Kit, i'm not for sure if he is a manager, but he's definitely a leader. We will definitely be back!!
