They said 11 minutes to pick it up and it ended up be around 45 minutes then my order was wrong cut and heat level. The post oak location is infinitely better just go to that one and save yourself the trouble

I had such an amazing experience here. Customer service is not dead! It was my very first time here and everyone including the staff was super friendly and helpful. Thank you for such amazing service. Things like this really do make someone’s day and the food was amazing! 😊 Wish I found out about this spot sooner.

If you’re lucky enough to land Holloway as your server at Nando’s, buckle up because you’re in for five-star service with full-blown main character energy. From the jump, Holloway had that rare mix of charisma, confidence, and care that you just can’t fake. Attentive without hovering, hilarious without trying too hard, and sharp as hell when it came to timing and recommendations. He didn’t just bring us food he brought the vibe. The man turned a regular meal into a straight-up experience. If every server moved like Holloway, the world would be a much better-fed, happier place.
