Worst service ever. I just ordered through Uber Eats and they forgot to provide an item which was the main one. They called me up and said to contact uber delivery partner. Once i talked to Uber whole order was cancelled and Uber told me to order again.

I ordered all the items again and after 20 mins restaurant calls me up again and said we just made one item and all others we sent through first order and we don't have anymore. Worst service and worst handling of orders. They take money and expects the customer to do all the extra work for their mistakes and mishaps. I am giving one star since i cannot give zero. Most unprofessional restaurant.

Actually the smell is what brought us here. Ended up in Katy for something unrelated and was looking for something good in the area. We were heading to someone else and got a delicious whiff of indian food and had to turn around on the spot. The food was amazing, as was the service. They had different movies playing on every wall so there was no want for entertainment. Overall we have been looking for reasons to go through Katy again to be able to come to this biriyani house again. Hands down the best indian food I've had in Texas.

Parking: Parking was not an issue. Also the lot is free, which is a plus.

We tried this restaurant recently for a Saturday night dinner. There were hardly any people for dine in. But we still went ahead to try the food.The place is understaffed as only one person was there to take orders, handle take outs and phone calls.Due to that service was very slow despite of his best efforts. Like the sauces were not there we tu the starters and we highlighted that. But by the time it came, we were done with the starters.The food was overall decent. Gobi manchurian, chilly paneer were good.For the main course, the breads came in first and curries came after 15 mins. We had to request for reheating the naans. So they tasted average after reheat. Paneer tikka masala was very much on sweet side. The tandoori items were too dry.They need to hire more people in service for sure.

Tried the Butter chicken and it was good. Goat Chettinaad was okay. Improved taste over the previous times. Will give them a shot again.
They are planning to start buffet. Looking forward to it.

The quality is not consistent. Sometimes it is really good and others it is less than average. The quantity of Appetizers has been reduced with new boxes for takeout. Service is good and staff takes feedback positively. This is a good restaurant but there is room for improvement.
