This place is amazing dine in, take out, or delivered! Everything we’ve tried have been amazing definitely taste like it is made fresh like the owner says! We order the pani puri mostly because pani puri is probably my favorite thing to eat, but this place makes it an addiction for me. Because it gets delivered so often, my dogs need some too while I pig out on pani puri. Obviously it’s not dog friendly so I take the shell and stuff it with yogurt and meat so the dogs could enjoy some and leave me alone for a bit. Delivery orders often come with extra snacks and hand written note, which to me is the sweetest thing a business could do in this digital age. This place has saved us so much time going to Hillcroft area and although hillcroft area restaurants would be “more authentic”, I actually like the flavor here better! I agree with other people that the wait time could be on the longer side but hey…if the food is good and the staffs are nice, don’t let a little wait time ruin your mood! We cannot wait to finish trying everything on their menu and eat more pani puri next time!

Vegetarian options: The mixed vegetable pakoras were the best I have had at a restaurant in houston.The price was reasonable and much cheaper than any indian place. The quality of food was like home cooked- priceless.My friend and i had leftovers for three days.The husband and wife were friendly and courteous. The wait time was unbelievably short. We got piping hot food in minutes.I would recommend to anyone and everyone to try it-there are other food trucks if you want a meat option.We had paneer parantha, makke ki roti(roti made of corn), saag, saag paneer, shahi paneer, dal makani and vegetable pakora.I asked for mild and my friend asked medium. And we got what we asked. My food was not spicy - it was flavorful.

Update from my previous review: as I clean the house with leftover pani puri from last night after being in food coma from all the good food delivered from this place, I realized they included a hand written note in a homemade bag of treats. How sweet is that, especially in this day and age where everything is digital without the "human touch". I can't wait till the weather warms up a bit for me to go sit at the food truck park and enjoy!This place has the best pani puri I've had in Katy! With this place being walking distance from me and delivers so fast with common sense, I would not have to go all the way to hillcroft for good pani puri. So grateful I found this place, I will continue to order!

Mango lassi was good, dhal was nice but portions were small. Area is great, very clean and I love the food truck lot. Only thing is that it took a decent while to cook but its fair given its a 2 man operation.
