Normally there are always two employees behind the counter, but today she was alone and did a great job staying composed despite how busy it was on a Saturday afternoon.

I passed by both employees to look at the menu and they didn’t say hello. They seemed to be annoyed that I walked in. When we sat down to eat our ice cream the younger employee told us that we had to leave because they were closing early. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. These type of employees are a cancer to a business and deserve to be fired immediately. This business will not last long with these trash employees.

Ordered today some queso ice cream in a waffle as I am almost finish eating it. Saw theres an insect/fly whatever it is in the middle. Made me puke :( so sad I was enjoying the ice cream.
