Someone needs to go investigate this location. Why did we purchase cakes the personal sizes a few of them why are they so burnt and dry? Corporate needs to tap in immediately and do a random pop-up unexpectedly. By the way, there’s no moisture and super hard, no moisture, no softness it tastes a bit overcooked

For our wedding, we decided that we would ask Nothing Bundt Cakes to help us give our guests something to take home! They were very attentive to our needs right from the start. We asked them if we could supply the pink rose and white ribbon for each bundlet tower, and they were more than happy to accommodate the request. The entire order of bundtlet towers was produced on-time, each one looked wedding ready, and the cake itself (all the flavors we ordered) were fantastic! We (and our guests) were thrilled!

I had such a wonderful experience at Nothing Bundt Cakes recently! I stopped by to pick up two cupcakes and was helped by Ty’Era C., who made the entire visit so pleasant. She greeted me with a warm smile, was extremely friendly, and provided excellent customer service. Ty’Era went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, and her positive attitude truly made my day.

The cupcakes were, of course, absolutely delicious as always, but the service from Ty’Era made the experience even sweeter. It’s so nice to be treated with genuine kindness and professionalism. Thank you, Ty’Era, for making my visit such a great one—I’ll definitely be back!

I arrived at this location shortly prior to closing on 8/10 to purchase two bundlets. When my daughter and I began to eat them that night, my daughter mentioned that her cake was extremely dry. I tasted it, and I immediately spit it out. She also mentioned that my lemon cake looked dark, overcooked. I tasted it, and this was the driest, most disgusting bundlet I’ve purchased from any location. Since the location was now closed, I placed the cakes aside and would call in the morning.

I called at opening the next morning, and the manager on duty was argumentative and defensive. I explained the issue, and she immediately stated that they don’t make burnt/overcooked cakes, and they have some sort of quality inspection process that ensures cakes do not go out below standard. Thus, she was very dismissive of my claim before seeing pictures and offered no apology, just defensiveness and implying that her location would “never” make that mistake. I live a ways from the store so I could not return, thus, she asked me to send pictures. I immediately sent pictures, and I received a response that they were sorry and I’d need to bring my cakes back for a refund, exchange, or store credit. So, I need to be inconvenienced and drive 40 minutes back to a store for an $11.50 refund? They said it’s store policy, and my only option. This is the worst customer service and most ridiculous, nasty attitude of any manager(s) (Yolanda Ebbs and/or Samantha Dickinson) of an establishment I’ve encountered.

The bottom line is that when you make a mistake, you should do everything to resolve the issue rather than being argumentative/defensive and attempting to inconvenience the customer. Absolutely absurd! I suggest to anyone reading this to avoid this location at all costs. They do not deserve your patronage, time, or money!

Staff is not friendly at all, if I ask for a receipt I expect to get it. Purposely throwing away my receipt and giving me the customers before is not acceptable

This is our nearest location and we get cakes from them ever year for birthdays or as treats. Each time that we've been, their customer service is great and all of the cakes that we have ever bought have been so delicious. No issues.

Ordered a classic confetti cake for my son's birthday and the cake was burnt very dark and Dry. It's no way the cake should have been sold. Was able to get a full refund through Uber eats.

Ty’Era was training Rose and both of the women were so sweet and informative about the products, they made the atmosphere and were so welcoming!

I recently visited your store with my son, and during our visit, he accidentally bumped into a display and broke a cup. I immediately offered to take responsibility and pay for the damage. However, I was told that the store is a cashless establishment and they could not accept my payment in cash. I didn’t have a credit or debit card with me, so I asked what I was supposed to do. When I requested to speak with a manager, the employee informed me that she was the manager and that there was nothing more she could do. Fortunately, a friend who was with me was able to pay on my behalf. My main concern is that there was no signage anywhere in the store indicating that it is cashless. This created unnecessary confusion and stress during an already uncomfortable situation.

I respectfully suggest adding clear signage at the entrance and registers to inform customers in advance. That way, everyone can be better prepared, and similar situations can be avoided in the future.

Extremely rude, unfriendly and unhelpful customer service from Helena this morning. Will not be returning to this location.

Always nice and quick. These are my favorite cakes 🎂 always my go too.
