Nothing Bundt Cakes

I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience with your company. I placed an order for my daughter's birthday cake over the phone directly with the bakery, specifying that the delivery driver should ring the doorbell and not leave the cake outside. Unfortunately, the cake was left on the ground outside, and the doorbell was not rung.

Upon contacting the bakery to report this issue, I encountered a representative who was both rude and dismissive. I was unexpectedly informed that I needed to contact a third-party delivery service, of which I had not been made aware at the time of placing the order. Despite waiting for two weeks, I have yet to receive a callback from either the store manager or the area manager.

On Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at 10:40 AM, I called the bakery in Katy, Texas. The representative I spoke with was unprofessional, unable to provide information about when the manager would be available, and did not know how to contact a district manager or provide corporate office details. During our conversation, the representative abruptly hung up on me. When I called back to request the representative's name, I was told that it could not be disclosed and that the manager was unavailable.

A more professional response would have been to take my name and number and assure me that my concerns would be passed on to the manager upon their arrival. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend placing orders with this bakery. I am seeking direct contact from the owner to resolve this matter.

I went to this location February 1, 2025 and purchased 4 Buntlets. There was a piece of hair baked into one of the cakes. It had been halfway eaten before the hair was discovered. To say I’m disgusted is an understatement.

I went to get my cake for my birthday. Also, I wanted to get a free cake since it was my birthday but I didn’t receive it. I literally received it last year. I don’t get how I didn’t receive my cake this year but I did last year. Bad customer service, the workers were being rude.

Hair in food! Yuck! So gross and disgusting!!

On Wednesday November 28th, I came in and placed a $96 order that consisted is a dozen bundlets and one dozen bunditis. As I was laying out my spread for thanksgiving I pulled a long pieces of hair that was baked into one of the chocolate bundities. Out of caution for me and my family I had to throw all of the cupcakes away!!!! What a freaking waste of my time and hard earned money!!!!! Do better and be more sanitary!!!!!

I sent an email to the store and the response was pretty much nothing offer no resolution beyond I’m sorry.

Whenever we have a sweet tooth, Nothing Bundt Cakes is our go-to destination - even though they made the unfortunate decision to locate within LaCenterra. Big big fans of the Vanilla, White Chocolate and Raspberry, and Lemon cupcakes in particular. The only bad part of the entire experience is getting into and out of their store - LaCenterra is simply a mess. Still - it doesn't stop us from going - they are just far too delicious to pass up!

I just visited this location this past Saturday! I walked in to nothing about Bundt cake. First thing is which they welcomed me in when I walked into their establishment. They had great eye contact and they thank me. Customer service was super good. I was very pleased by how they treated me! I came in and ordered a small cake individual. It was delicious. Of course I got the raspberry one. It was delicious! The store was very clean. It felt like a happy place walking in there and organized. I will be walking back in this location again really soon!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I drive over an hour in traffic to find out this is another establishment that doesn’t take US Currency. No Cash, No service. Sad day in Katy TX when my money is no good. I hope you stay away from this business.

I went there a couple of days ago and the service was 10/10. Kiara was the sweetest and really helpful and helping me decide on what I should get since it was a friends birthday and I didn’t really know what to get. The cake was also delicious. I would definitely recommend this location

Just keeping my promise to never use the Cinco Ranch/Katy store again ... This weekend is my wife's birthday and we have a party of 12 coming to the house. I will be driving to the Memorial Drive store to intentionally avoid a delievery from this location. The franschise owner is absolutely awful.
