Not sure why all the bad reviews. I've come in here several times and the service is quick and always super friendly. The cakes are always super fresh and delicious. Lots of parking available- although can get busy during peak hours. Highly recommend this location for your sweet tooth craving, be careful.. you might get hooked like me!

I have never and ever met that the staff is really rude as . I have a order by uber, but she treated me like I'm a fraud, she checked my first name, last name, and phone number then asked me shown the order on the uber app. Also asked me to sign a receipt which should belong to me, there is no an signature area for customer signature on the receipt. I have done all her requested but then she face me to say the bad word. I have already reported it to their company website, Hopefully they can know and avoid this employee to face any other customer like this way. it is really damaged their brand

My dad went in today to spend a good amount of money for my birthday- I wanted him to get me and my family members our own little cakes. The girl behind the counter was apparently incredibly rude and had zero customer service skills. He said she didn’t even say thank you or anything. It was like she was upset he was there to spend money and he is an incredibly friendly & well-mannered person. He does not like confrontation or complaining but I find it very strange that he spent money and was a nice customer and couldn’t even get a thank you or have a nice day. Let alone a smile or wave. Do better hiring or train your workers better. Unbelievable.

I had a Horrible experience at nothing Bundt cakes located at la centerra in katy. Don’t go to this location. They have horrible customer service and false advertising. I ordered two 8 inch cakes and they were actually more like 5 inch cakes. I contacted the manager and she told me that she couldn’t do anything for me. Her only solution was for me to back and buy another cake. These cakes were more like two large cupcakes that serves 2 and it is advertised to serve 8. That is not what I got. I give it zero stars. Unfortunately I have give them one star to post.

First time at the location and didn’t know what to get. Heard the lady in front of me order a white chocolate raspberry bundt cake so I decided to get it. It was amazing! And the cashiers were very nice. ? I’ll be going back again.

I picked up an order of mini bundt cakes for my sister’s birthday at 6:30PM on 1/5 (about 30 minutes before close time).We were hoping to enjoy them after dinner but found a long hair in the icing that we pulled out. Unfortunately, the store was closed but I also wasn’t expecting there to be a hair in our cake so we threw them away. We did capture a video and I followed up with the store for a refund. They mentioned that store policy is to bring the item back despite video evidence.We actually really enjoy bundt cakes and would have continued buying their desserts after resolving this issue with a refund. But after this experience, we will not be returning.

Okay I've never tried this place before because I'm visiting and I was so impressed. This places cakes are so moist and tasty. If you don't like really sweet desserts this place might not be for you because there cakes are pretty sweet, but damn they are so good. We got a few of the medium Bundt cakes, strawberries and cream, red velvet, and white chocolate raspberry. All of them so good, will definitely be back!

I tried to order a cake for my grandson in Texas since I live in Kansas and the delivery charge was going to be 32.50. That is outrageous and when the cake is about 45.00. I cant believe they do many deliveries but I suggest checking other places. I will

I arrived at the store at 6:45 to buy a gift and asked that they only put the cellophane and a bow on it, something that doesn't even take five minutes and the store was empty. They insisted insistently because they closed in 15 minutes. I always buy details from them but after this I will think about it.
