Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Very nice place. The wait staff were great. Now a manager will come by the table to see how everything is going well with the service. We had a very pleasant experience.

I have never had this experience from Olive Garden in Katy we sat down our server was decent but what puzzled me was a manager was walking around asking table if they were okay and needed anything that happen to our table twice before we even got drinks. And as time went on the kids got there food they ate but our food never came out until 20 minutes laterthere was no manager walking around to talk to my food came out wrong and I had to wait for the kitchen to make my scampi sauce it was a complete udder mess I was not happy at all with the lack of communication pertaining our order I feel like Olive Garden could have done a lot better.

Katy Location not recommended at all Very very bad I requested 3 different food Chicken Margherita, chicken Marsala and shrimp Fritto the waiter go and come back without food and saying is finished and They are serving with plastic serving ware, I don’t like it at all

I asked for a new salad because there was one tomato slice & one olive in the entire salad bowl. Within a couple of minutes,( I'm guessing) a manager came by our table very concerned about our situation, overly so, even. I'm not making any accusations, but I had diarrhea for the following three days.

Front end staff needs more raining. There’s a distinguished odor throughout the restaurant. I recommend a deep cleaning.

The service was spot on, and very friendly as we recently moved here to Texas. I felt welcomed and the recommendations on drinks and food from the staff, everything was Amazing! The desire to help us learn new things from the staff personally about the culture and what to explore was a bonus and
created a welcoming and desired environment to have dinner, as we rarely eat out. This was a great experience!

We go here frequently and the inconsistency in service and food was worth writing about tonight. We wanted a date night so we went to the OG. The service was bad, food was mediocre. Usually the manager checks by and probably for the best he didn’t today. I have actually not had that bad of service at a restaurant in awhile. We were served without silverware or drinks for longer than 20 minutes…our server acted like we were an Inconvenience so I hated even asking for a drink…the pasta barely had any sauce on it which was rough having a dry pasta with no drink refills.. I don’t think as must as we love OG we will be returning to this location.

Rosey was our server and she was absolutely awesome! She was very attentive, and recommend us some great food. The drinks were awesome. Another server named Shy was also very sweet. Will definitely come back.

Food is good not too healty but has afordable price. Attention was good but wait longer thant usual becuse of waitres was not avilable or not arrive jet sounds not too good.
