Hello! I would like to know if there is a manager available that I can contact! Last weekend I went to eat a hot dog and they gave me cold bread to which the people at said place responded that if I wanted they would heat it in the microwave when the incompetence and failure was on their part. It seems illogical to me that if you go to eat you expect them to give you hot food or at least assume their responsibility and not try to act as if the customer is to blame. Anywhere you go and they give you cold food, they are always going to make it again because the fault is the restaurant's, not the customer's, they don't tell you that they are going to put the food in the microwave and besides, the lady wanted to blame the waiter and charged him for the hot dog that I returned because it was cold. Their excuse was that I had already been there for a while, is it my fault? That you can't work when you only have 5 clients at your workplace? The owner of this place must get better workers because the ones he has make his customers stop coming. I went to this place 4 times a week. Now that I know it's possible for them to put my food in a microwave, what can I tell you?

Pésimo servicio al cliente / zero people skills & terrible customer service. Had me waiting close to 50 minutes for a simple order since it was just me dinning in, until I just couldn’t wait anymore was when the guy in the kitchen notified me that my order was delivered to the wrong person. Not trying to be irracional I do understand that mistakes does happen, however, that’s when you communicate to the guest, or at least offer an apology instead of being so quick on processing a refund ( that will not be on my bank account for the next 3 business days) which led me to understand that you don’t care.
