The air conditioner was not on when we arrived for a party of 18 people. It was like 80 degrees inside when it was 100 degrees outside. Service was slow and not in a rush at all, most of the waiters also arrived after the majority of our party was seated and waiting, very unprofessional. The food took a very long time to come out and did not come out all together. 2 plates at a time so we didn't even eat together. You can't charge premium prices and not have good service. Also they have a bar but cannot serve alcohol which is kinda silly.

turn the a/c on when you have reservations for a party of 18. it's 100 degrees outside, we are sweating sitting down. also please make sure your waiters and servers are there BEFORE the party arrives, not 20 min after we are seated. waiting for you guys to come do your job and waiting with no A/C unacceptable. unprofessional. service was also mediocre at best. food was alright but not under those conditions. we had to bring our own fans, ridiculous.

Everything was very delicious but the waiters don't speak any Spanish and we didn't know how to say aguapanela in English. Besides, they didn't have desserts ? if they don't speak English, it's better not to go because they don't know anything about the Colombian things that one provokes from time to time ?
