I bought a Pan de Jamon for Thansgiving and it was amazing, so I purchased 3 for Christmas to share with loved ones. Im not sure if they were running out of ham or what but this is nowhere near the same. It barely has any ham in it and I was honestly very dissapointed this time around. Hopefully they can get back to their normal quality.

The bread here is immaculate 🤤 that's why I keep coming back but the staff and atmosphere aren't that great. The clerks aren't really nice and don't say hi. Like if we say hi when we walk in they barley acknowledge you and almost always there's going to be a clerk or two on their phones and will just signal for you to go elsewhere. They have no flow or sign of what registers are open. And this location can get super packed It's just not a good look. The location in beechnut is way better

Stopped in for a last minute birthday tres leches and unicorn smash cake. They were a hit at the party! The staff was so kind as well. They even have fall, pumpkin conchas right now! 🍂❤️

So different things have happened on multiple occasions but today was too much. Not only was every piece of bread I picked up, hard or stale but every single orange juice expired back in either June or July or August and when I finally found an apple juice for my son that was expired, they said I had to spend a minimum of $5 if I’m paying with a card (which normally I would be like cool, let me get another juice but they were all freakin expired so I just had to walk out). It was too much today. Yall see how much I just had to go through with nothing being edible today and you tell me I can’t buy my son his freakin juice bc I’m paying with card. Holy Jesus talk about last straws man. Go somewhere else guys. Please Save yourself the migraine.

Having previously visited other Tierra Caliente locations, this experience was exceptional. The bread, in particular, was remarkably fresh. The establishment was well-attended, indicating its popularity. The quality of the offerings was high, and a return visit is certainly warranted. While the price of the bread may be incrementally increasing, the value remains undeniable. The bread itself is of excellent quality, offering a diverse selection and appealing taste. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.
