I just did everything pretty basic. I ordered online and they told me what time to get it, so I go and get it then and its ready when I get there. No hassle or anything. The food tasted like its supposed to. It's the exact experience one would want with any fast food chain. Keep it up and I'll keep coming back. I like to spin on wednesdays on the app too.

This was the first time I went to this one. The guy was little hostile to begin with. Then, he gave me very quantity than I usually get at the one located on 529 next to Walmart. Was he mad for some reason and took it out on me or is it just he chose to give me less food just for the sake of it I don't know. This is very unprofessional and unethical to choose the quantity to give to customer as someone pleases. These stores are designed to maintain the integrity for all stores at the same level. It may not be exact, but the quantity must be very similar in all the stores. I usually get 4 pieces of Teriyaki chicken, but this guy gave me only two pieces. And he threw the pieces like he was mad. He did the same with Kung Pao chicken before. After he threw the Teriyaki chicken, he abruptly put the container on the line for the cashier. Then he told his co-worker with a smile that three more hours to go! I think they closed early today and he was happy about it, which is fine. Anyway, I eat very less and I had enough for myself. But if it was someone else, and a wrong person this guy would be fried. Please change the attitude. Requesting the manager to train him so he could serve properly. (Look at the picture: Teriyaki Chicken is sitting on zucchinis from the Kung Pao chicken)

I love their food. Lots of healthy options. Good for both quick bites and proper meals. Authentic taste of the typical US-Chinese style. The service is always very quick and the prices are great too. Full 3 choice bigger plate is just $11.

This place at Fry road is very bad service staffs are not nice very rude to customers first come first service right ? But They made us waiting too long and talking with nonsense but nobody are waiting in the line not that busy after they gave us a wrong foods ordered we went home got so mad I will never never come that place again bad service very slow motion and don’t know how to deal with customers service.

The reviews are way too harsh on this location, it’s personally the best Panda location I’ve ever eaten at. The food was extremely fresh tasting and good, this can vary from locations with the chain. It was busy, but the workers were hustling. The employee was extremely apologetic about the wait. Please remember these people are doing online orders, in store and drive thru. I would understand the reviews if I got there and the employees were sitting around, but that just wasn’t the case. Not from what I saw at least

I absolutely dread coming to this location but it’s the only one closest to my house.
The lady with the red bow especially. Either too loud and too pushy or just doesn’t do things right.
Today she took forever completing my order. Stopped to clean something and just had my food waiting there and said somebody else will be ringing me up. And the other lady was washing her hands and didn’t even acknowledge me. She didn’t even know she was supposed to ring me up. So again, just want my food. Still just sitting there. And then as she was ringing me up, she had the audacity to turn over to her friend and give her a hug and reminance. Still haven’t gotten my food…………….. if they are replaced, I will return. Otherwise I might have to go the extra mile for my panda fix.
The tea looks and tastes like it’s been sitting in that container for a couple of days. 🤢 and none of the fountain drinks taste good. Even another lady pointed out that there was mold in the ice machine. So I’m pretty sure the fountain drink machine isn’t getting cleaned. It’s unacceptable. If I had the time and patience I would sue this place. That’s a health and safety concern.
Since I come to Panda Express frequently, and I always get the tea. I have learned that the tea is only fresh when there are many bubbles. And today’s tea reminds me of still water. I really feel like yall are trying to kill my son and I.
My son said he has a head ache from drinking the fountain drinks because they tasted awful. He’s drank the mold since the fountain drink machine hasn’t been cleaned properly or at all.

Yes, the service did not deserve a star. I ordered online and was told by the app that it would be ready in 20 minutes. Got a text that my food is ready so I went through the drive thru. After waiting for the order taker for a while to greet me, I informed him that I have a pick up for Rose but I have a separate order as well. Moved to the window to pay and they handed me the separate order but my original order is still being worked on, rhat if I can please park around the corner on the fire lane they will bring it out to me. Fast forward 20 minutes later, I still didn't have my food. I decided to walk in and check. I found my order in the online orders shelf but my drink order is not filled, and since the drink is on their side of the counter, I couldn't fill it. No one would acknowledge me as I kept on trying to get someone's attention. When I finally got someone's attention, got my food at around 750pm, I ordered it at 650p. When I got to my car, the bag was leaking from juices and my food is lukewarm. This is not acceptable even coming from fast food. Management should look into this incident. I hate to see another paying customer go through the same frustration.
