Came for lunch while visiting Katy on a Easter Sunday; it was not too busy. Checked that it was open before coming since some businesses were closed. Got plates and egg roll and veggie spring rolls. All the food was very good and up to a good Panda Express quality. Service was fast and friendly.

Consistently bad service. Despite an empty dinning area, most selections are empty during peak times. Manager yattles and doddles and slows down the serving line. Incompetent. Dinning area is unclean and tables and trash not bused. This is commonplace. Most people have a limited time for lunch or dinner. You can not burn up 15 minutes waiting in a line with only one person in front of you. Total inept. Will never return. This the final time after numerous visits. Additionally there is no parking. Update 3/24. Nothing has changed. They still continue to miss on everything.

We come to this location often, and the service and food are always good but the reason why I am giving it one star is because I have a baby and every time that we eat here, it so happens that my baby needs a diaper change. Now as I mentioned, we love this place so I guess we forget that THEY DO NOT HAVE A CHANGING TABLE! This is frustrating because it's a restaurant! Fast food or not, it should have this available for their customers. LOVE THE FOOD THOUGH!

The chicken was raw and we had to wait for fried rice. Other people had to wait for food that was not ready to serve. Facility was dirty, parking is limited. Extremely busy intersection that adds difficulty to access.

prefer how it was years ago . don't have much issues with it but i think when i complain to the manager he doesn't really care or holds someone accountable for the mistakes .

compared to other pandas that actually have the same taste ....this one doesn't ,the rice is not good too much water sticks to your teeth ,the shrimp is not even cooked right and has some sort of yellow tint on it not sure what it is looks ,same thing with sweet fire chicken ,the outside crust feels watery and once you i bit it I had to spit it out .so it's cooked outside and not on the inside maybe the people cooking are running the grills too hot this is the second time I get a plate and it's like this so I'm pretty sure it's going to stay the same

I have been going here for several years and have always gotten the same thing except today. I went to the drive thru window and saw the GRILLED TERIYAKI CHICKEN. It looked great. I ordered it and took it home. It had to be the nastiest meal I had ever had. I tossed it in the trash. The actual order was not even close to the picture. Do yourself a favor and skip this meal
