In a world where hunger reigns, Panda Express’s portion sizes feel more like a cruel joke than a satisfying meal. It’s as if they’ve mistaken their customers for a society rationing their last scraps. What arrived on my plate resembled more of a sad procession of morsels rather than a hearty meal. It was as if the kitchen staff had mistaken my order for a child’s portion or perhaps a snack for an ant colony. If you’re craving quantity along with quality, look elsewhere. Will not return.

I hate to leave bad reviews but this is the last straw! This location is always running out of stuff !This is the third time I have been to this locations drive thru after work and they are constantly out of stuff. The first two times they were out of Beijing beef. Which is one of my favorite dishes there. The third time was the last straw they were out of Beijing beef , Lo Mein noodles, walnut shrimp. It's only 7:45pm you guys should not be out off all this food already especially when you guys close at 9:30pm

I came in and ask to pick up my order. The person(Gabi or Gabriella, can’t remember the name) she told me it’s not ready. So I went to sit down and wait. I notice they were working on big order. There were at least 4 people working on it. They wouldn’t acknowledge customer when they were at the front waiting to get an attention. While I was waiting a person came up and stood there trying get their attention.5 min into waiting, I was like this is taking to long to make the order. So I went up ask about to another employee. She went to ask Gabriella, and Gabriella say it been ready. It was just sitting on the side.So Gabriella knew it was ready but didn’t let me know when it was ready. I’ve could sat there waiting for 10-20mins, not knowing it was ready.She need do better job multitasking or acknowledge customer.

The staff here sucks. I made an order for to go in the app and went there on the time it is for pick up. they said I needed to wait as it is not ready. 30mins after I went back in the counter and they told me I need to wait. After telling them can you pls check that food waiting in the pick up section,and it turns out thats mine. That terrible experience would not want me to go back there ever again. They are even yelling and not even sorry for me waiting for so long.

This location sucks. I pulled in the drive-through, and I was told I couldn't place 2 separate orders as they were short staffed. I explained to them it's the same amount of food whether it be two orders or one. They then would not reply to me on the mic. I asked if I could come in and place the order, and they said yes. I walked in and stood there for about 7 minutes with no one serving me, every one looked at me but didn't serve me. I just walked out and went to another Panda Express just a few minutes down the road. Service here, -10/10. Do not recommend.

Actually, for fast Chinese food, they are definitely the go-to place. The only reason I gave them a four star for food is because I eat there close to closing time on occasion and the food is a little overcooked. I do understand why it's that way, but nonetheless I think if it's been sitting a while, it should be discarded. Still a great place to go though.
My food tasted burned and old It's seems like it's been sitting there for a long time. I was hungry tired and sick and did not feel like complaining in person because I wanted to get out of there. Team members are awesome... But they should be focusing on their food quality.I will go there again. Hopefully my next visit will be better than this one. Then I'll update my review.

It was the only place I went to today that didn't piss me off and actually let me eat in the restaurant.
The ladies at the window are so sweet here. They gave me a small water for my dog in the car, and he loved it !!
