I came here to get some food I got the sesame steak and I didn't want shrimp because I don't eat shrimp as the employee was giving me the steak only another employe by the name of jenny budged in and said I can only have 3 pieces and that was it as I came yesterday and got the same thing she then proceeded to tell the other employe to only give me 3 pieces as I'm the one paying for it the employee had a snarky attitude and tried to hide it by sounding nice and when I asked the manger he told me it was 3-5 pieces that I can get overall it was a shocker to me and ruined my experience for this restaurant me and my daughter don't eat shrimp and you could imagine me eating 3 pieces of shrimp overall ruined my experience and I've never had a problem the manger was very nice and told me it was 3-5 pieces

Ordered at drive thru, the employee taking orders around 7pm was not very good. When my order was repeated to me it was not correct and I corrected it he said that's what I said and he repeated it again and I corrected it again and he said that's what I'm saying so I said okay. Ok we got home the order was wrong just as I said. Very disappointing as the meal had mine and my kids meal which they didn't get to eat a protein. Very disappointing.

Food was as good as Pandas get, we really enjoyed it. One of the servers had a bit of an attitude the other was real nice though. It was rather too warm there to want to stay to finish our lunch.

I went to this Panda Express (Mason & kingsland in Katy, TX) tonight ( 9:10 pm) was very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a plate with two entrees – the veggie beef and the grilled teriyaki chicken with noodles – and they didn’t have either of the meats available. I also wanted to order an egg roll, but they didn’t have that either.
How can a restaurant be open and don’t have almost nothing available for customers to eat? It’s really frustrating to go in expecting to enjoy a meal and find out that there are no options left. If the restaurant is going to stay open until closing, they should at least make sure to have food ready for the customers who come in.

The food is always really good and well cooked. However, the service needs a lot of work. Never had somebody rush me out of the drive-through so quickly or off the phone when I politely called and asked that some of my order was missing. They need to slow down just a little bit and they won’t forget things or assume that when someone is calling, they’re trying to yell at them. I was very polite and the fact that I was rushed off the phone speaks volumes. It’s also helpful when you slow down, you will understand things easier and not assume I’m an ubereats driver. And try and push me off the phone.

Best service I've ever received at a Panda Express. Two duo spanish women with the sweetest customer service. She told me she will take care of me and my mom. I asked for a lid to my bowl to take to go and she offered a bag, or even an extra teriyaki sauce to go. She had red lipstick. Hard to miss. Sweetest ladies.
