I Just wanted to say what a great Job the step in manager Esme was doing holding down the store and leading her line and drive thru. I dont work in food came in for a door dash order pick up and the store was CRAZYYY busy. They got like 9 orders at one time and she did nothing but stay calm and focused on getting order out right and hot! I had to leave this review because i feel like if i was a customer at the time i would have!

It is quick and easy to get your food and a lot of room to eat inside. But if you go through the drive thru. Check your bag. They will not give straws, sauce or plastic wear unless you ask

This location has gone downhill! The egg rolls are always burnt and they some how always run out of food at a time when most people are having dinner. They don't seem to know how to time the next batch of food. I think they had another manager when they first opened because it worked like clockwork! Having to wait 15 minutes or more when going through a drive thru is unacceptable. Sucks to have to drive to Richmond for a better experience.

The worst service I've ever had. The cashier was very rude. I waited 10 minutes in line. When I finally got to the window, I asked for a glass of water. She tried to charge me 60 cents. It's ridiculous. After waiting a long time in line, I asked for my money back and it took more than 5 minutes. I will never return to this place and I will talk to all my friends and family to never return to this place. Never.
I asked for noodles. Where are the noodles? I was so disappointed when I got home to this. I did drive thru order.

I think Panda has the best Chinese food. Pretty much every side taste great. This particular location the people are always nice and if they have to take a little longer they always acknowledge that. Patience is needed when fresh food is being cooked. I wait sometimes just because I want it fresh. The location is a busy location, especially if you go at peak hours. But employees are always working hard to get you your food as quick as possible.
