If you’re looking for real Italian food in Houston, this restaurant is an excellent choice. The pasta is perfectly cooked, and the pizzas have that traditional touch that makes all the difference. Plus, the atmosphere is warm and very inviting, ideal for enjoying your meal without rushing. Highly recommended. 🇮🇹

A wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt warm and special — perfect for enjoying a great dinner. The service was attentive and professional, always making sure everything was just right without being intrusive.

The food was spectacular, full of flavor and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried exceeded our expectations, and you can truly taste the quality in every detail.

We will definitely be back. A place that is always worth recommending.

We have been dining at this location at least 4 to 5 times a year for the past 3 plus years. We usually go for dinner on the weekends when they have live music. My friends and I have designated Pane e Vino as one of our favorite places for some Italian flavor. However, after 3+ years, it has come to my attention that the quality has gone down significantly, and the service has gone with it. My server today was horrible. I felt as though she may have been a trainee as she forgot the basics. Really disappointed that I have lost my go-to place!

We’ve been here a couple of times and food has ALWAYS been delicious. The fiorentina style steak is to die for, and their focaccia is absolutely amazing.
However, service is always been a struggle. Recently, I tried to call on three separate occasions and was always placed on a hold before I could even speak. The last time -just the cherry on top- I was on hold for 50min and counting. Ridiculous.

Celebrated my amazing wife’s birthday last night at Pane e Vino — such a great spot for Italian food and family time! 🇮🇹🍷

We dined on: 🍝 Spaghetti Chitarra Neri alla Scoglio — rich squid ink pasta with seafood (so delicious!)
🍕 Prosciutto e Rucola Pizza — my wife’s choice, so flavorful
🍝 Fettuccine alla Bolognese — perfect comfort pasta for our daughter
🍕 Margherita Pizza — classic and fresh for our other daughter

We sat out on the covered patio — loved the vibes, great weather, and cozy setting. 🌿☀️ Only downside was the very loud music, so we all had to talk louder than usual 😄

Today 01/31/2026 my daughter went with some friends to dinner and before finishing her meal they removed the dishes. They still had food and the waiter asked them if they wanted boxes to take away and they said no, because they hadn’t finished their dinner yet, and he took away their dishes.

They are young girls, but this is a lack of respect because they are still customers and they still paid the bill.

Disappointment.

My husband and I brought our four young kids with us to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. We were nervous to bring them somewhere so nice, but it turns out we had nothing to be nervous about. The food was so excellent, that our kids were raving and the warmth of the servers helped them relax. They were so well-behaved, and that had a lot to do with the atmosphere and experience here. I ordered the table-side cheese wheel pasta, and the staff member invited my daughter to assist him in placing the garnish, which absolutely delighted her. My husband said it was the best lasagna he had had outside of Italy! The rose petals on the table added a special something to commemorate the occasion. My son's birthday is next week, and he has been begging to go back! Thank you, Pane e Vino for a wonderful memory!!!!

Food was excellent. We sat in lounge and service from Sean and Roberto was amazing! Attentive but not intrusive. BEST espresso martini too!

Everything so delicious, specially the Tiramisu dessert, and the service with Hector was perfect!
