You feel a very nice atmosphere when Mrs. Paula serves you, she is very helpful and friendly and helps you with everything you need, and Mr. Enrique, who is in charge of cleaning, is a very kind person as well and always keeps the place very clean and tidy, excellent work.

In what world could you call these bagels? This is not the quality of food that I expect from Panera. And by the looks of the google reviews, no one cares. This is the last time we order from the katy mills location. I can get better bagels from HEB. Pathetic.

3/20/25 - Just a bad overall experience. The staff did not acknowledge me when I ask a simple question - they just finished their conversation and then handed me my cups that I paid for.
When I received my chicken sandwich, the chicken look like it came out a can, like cat food, and it was just tasteless. If we weren’t pressed for time, I would have asked for a refund.. What’s going on with Panera??
I apologized to my 14 year old that we will not be returning anymore and that Panera Bread was probably going out of business in 2-4 years.

While I love this Panera, have been a customer over 10 years, in recent orders I have been missing items or not everything that was paid for was delivered. Hoping it’s temporary! The food is great and the pricing is too! I love using their bundles so my family has easy grab and go options that avoid over unhealthier habits.

This Panera is hit or miss. Employees need more training.
The service is good, the atmosphere is about 45 degrees. Not sure why they have the A/C on so cold in the mornings. Too cold to sit and enjoy a meal.

Now the egg, chipotle and avocado sandwich makes more people visit the place. I love this place. Thank you, thank you very much for caring about the clients who turn them into FAMILY.
