Papa Johns Pizza

They are reliable about forgetting things from your order, especially sauces you pay extra for. Our last order took 2 trips and they still forgot the marinara sauce my wife paid for. We called the store and they set the phone down and ignored us and when they finally acknowledged us they still didn't correct the issue. It's happened so often we are moving on from Papa Johns to another franchise. Decent pizza and prices but terrible at getting you what you paid for.

I’ve been using this location for years and it has always provided good pizza asap. I will always remain loyal to this location, never disappoints! Thank you to the hard working staff that provides such amazing service!

Just ordered a thin crust pizza and it came original crust. My previous order it arrived cold pizza and i complained. Done with them!!

Hour and a half delivery is ok if the pizza is good. This pizza was crap! Ordered a large pizza with Pepperoni, Sausage, Mushrooms, Beef, Banana Peppers, Jalapeno Peppers, Onions. Came without pepperoni and mushrooms. Most of the toppings are in middle of the pizza and undercooked crust!!!! Horrible! 3 out of ten! Sucks!!! Waste of money!

Ordered for pick up and they gave me a time went to pick up and said it will be 25 minutes more. Waited about 15 more minutes and looked at my notifications and it said pizza is ready . Got home pizza was cold all the toppings were in the middle.

I spent 30 minutes trying to order a pizza for delivery and the website would not accept my address, no matter how I put the address in, I live in a trailer park and all trailers have the same address besides the trailer number, just like an apartment, $47 for a medium pizza with some extra toppings and delivery fee and tip,I don't understand what the delivery fee is for when you have to pay a tip (which I'm happy to pay),but for all my trouble I just removed the order and ate a $2 sandwich, now I remember why I stopped ordering from Papa John's, they used to deliver here all time

I would give a zero rating if that was an option but the customer service especially from the manager is the worst i have ever experienced. Not my first experience with bad customer service but i guess i will go somewhere from now on since it appears they dont give a crap about their customers. You call to ask why cheese bread that was ordered over an hour and 15 minutes ago was still not delivered and he says its on its way but they delivered someone elses order when it finally arrived. Dont you check the order and the address? i hope people know this is the worst one to order from so better off going to a different location as they don't care and the pizza quality is not great either. Dont order delivery as it takes over and hour to get a cheese bread!!!

They reject your order if you try to place it 30 minutes before they close. I first tried to place it on the phone and they said it wouldn't be possible so I went there 20 minutes before closing and they said they weren't taking new orders, only waiting for the ones already done to be picked up, Insane.

Was in a hurry to get a few pizzas for my team at work tonight. Ordered online and proceeded to check out but was not able to proceed without giving out all my personal information and creating an account to earn points. I don't need to earn points, I need to have pizza delivered quickly when ordering online for work. Won't be back and will go somewhere else.

Bought 2 thin crust pizzas they were dry and cold and paid for extra toppings had less than a regular pizza would . First time ordering from this location never again!

I ordered delivery and I have to say this was the driest overcooked pizza I have ever had from Papa John’s. Utterly disgusting and I can’t even believe they sent this crap out to anybody. I was a papa John’s fan until tonight 8/8/2025. They basically sent me a box of friggin pizza jerky. We’re not gonna even talk about the 6 mini wings they sent me. This won’t ever happen again, Papa John’s lost a fan after tonight. Won’t ever get another coin out of my pocket. Ridiculous!!! Oh and the peppers they put in my box looked half eaten pics below. They have no business serving food to people period.
