The cashier was really nice, and the pizza turned out great. I got a small pizza with Canadian bacon and green pepper.

I ordered delivery and I have to say this was the driest overcooked pizza I have ever had from Papa John’s. Utterly disgusting and I can’t even believe they sent this crap out to anybody. I was a papa John’s fan until tonight 8/8/2025. They basically sent me a box of friggin pizza jerky. We’re not gonna even talk about the 6 mini wings they sent me. This won’t ever happen again, Papa John’s lost a fan after tonight. Won’t ever get another coin out of my pocket. Ridiculous!!! Oh and the peppers they put in my box looked half eaten pics below. They have no business serving food to people period.

Very well maintained the AC ac is working felt good walking in! Highly recommend to order and pick up especially.

This location is horrible and does nothing to satisfy their customer needs. I called in to have my order be sealed for protection and the assistant manager told me that’s not something they can do. What can of bullshit is this?! This only tells me that this location is unsanitary! Never ordering here again! and I will be reaching out to someone above him.

We ordered a large stuff crust with extra toppings and extra cheese. The pizza was delivered and looked like complete garbage. It was cold and looked old with barely any cheese or toppings on it. The crust was falling apart and there was barely any cheese in the stuffed crust.

The order was placed on DoorDash. I called the store and I wasn’t expecting a refund because I know they can’t do it if it was ordered through DoorDash. I just wanted the pizza we expected and ordered. The woman who answered the phone caught an attitude saying she couldn’t refund me and I needed to speak to a manager. I said I don’t need a refund from you. So, she forwarded me to a “manager”. I explained my situation and she said I’m not a manager and said so, you want a new pizza? I said never mind and hung up.

I’ve never had such shitty product from papa John’s. It must be this location. I wouldn’t order from this store.

Been a good location.

Papa John's Katy makes fresh and delicious pizza. The staff are accommodating and will fix problems that occur. However, the delivery is very inconsistent. Opt for pick up at this location - - they are much more timely and you'll get your pizza hotter.
