Been a good location.

Papa John's Katy makes fresh and delicious pizza. The staff are accommodating and will fix problems that occur. However, the delivery is very inconsistent. Opt for pick up at this location - - they are much more timely and you'll get your pizza hotter.

as i walked in and was looking at the menu i so happened to look back there as the worker was making a pizza and he had on no gloves while adding topping on the pizza. very disturbing. they would never get my money.

Horrific customer service in this location, they can't get an order right. And for the price, I'd go to a better place.

Terrible customer service, 2nd time in a month the order for delivery was wrong. The 2nd time they had a man bring the missing items to us, 3 minutes later he came back demanding we give him something. Which was troubling. I let the store know, their customer service was "ok" . I'd go elsewhere and for sure do not choose delivery.

Ordered our pizza at 3:43. We live maybe 5 minutes away. Did not get our order until 5:03, the pizza was cold at this point. This has never happened before so I'm not sure if it was a new driver. We've been ordering from this location for two years. We called the store to let them know and they seemed frustrated/inconvenienced that we even called them. My husband was very polite and calm while explaining what happened, the guys response was "all we can really do is remake it, sorry I guess". Hopefully it doesn't happen again.... We love Papa Johns ☹️

Just paid over $20.00 for the 10.99 pepperoni special and received a cheese only pizza.. manager says nothing can be done about it.. But there is... not buy from this location again.... People stop buying fast food for a reason...

Beware! Order 3 pizza from this Papa John’s. This is the worst Experience we’ve had at a Papa John’s ever. Ordered pizza around 2pm to be delivered at 4. We received the pizza’s they were not hot and one of them looked like it was thrown on the floor. Also looked like someone took a bite. As in the photo pieces were folded over. I called to talk to manager asked if I could get a replacement and a refund for the one pizza which I didn’t think I was asking for much. The manager said they would only replace it and it would take 35 min to get 55 minutes later it showed up. Not good customer service. And got a good representation of Papa John’s
