Everyone in here is extremely friendly. And it seems like they trip over themselves to help you. I mean that in the most positive way. More places need to be like this and take pride in their job no matter what it is they do like this place does. Super happy to give this place five stars all the way around.

I was overcharged for cold pizza, soggy nuggets pretending to be boneless wings (seriously, they’re like the kid’s frozen nugget texture but soggy), and EXPIRED blue cheese.The store only offered a partial refund of maybe $10, I spent $40. They promised to call me 3 different times and never did. After finally calling them to ask why, they were rude and said they would not be refunding me any more than the $10. This has been going on for a month.To be clear, I love Papa Johns and was fulling intending on give this location another shot, everyone has off days or maybe they were training a new guy. After this experience, I will be giving my business and money to a more deserving business that understands the value of customer service. Very diappointed.GM’s name is Scott and the Asst Manger’s name is Pat.

Just ordered 2 pizzas: CHICKEN Alfredo spinach tomato, and a bbq chicken both have cheese stuffed crust. Here are my issues: both pizza about half of the pizza is raw dough in the crust. The other problem which we noticed only when 3 slices were left on the CHICKEN Alfredo pizza is that there is 0 chicken. So $38 (with discount for medium pizzas) is a rip off. See pics. Never ordering papa John’s again, their quality has really degraded.

This store is amazing, I accidentally ordered from the wrong store 100s of miles away. The food was already being delivered and the Manager immediately refunded my money. This allowed me to feed my family at my local store. Thank you for being so accommodating to my mistake!

KATY, TX 77494 / PIZZA / MULTIPLE ORDERS / REGULAR PATRON+Loyalty rewards program.-Store #3649 is never consistent with their product or customer experience.-Half the time they forget to include the garlic sauce and hot peppers.-The sauce, cheese, and toppings ratio is always messed up on almost every order.-Jenny P., please hire/retrain your manager at this location. Better yet, sell it to me and I'll make it the best performing Papa Johns store in west side of Katy.-This franchisee location makes me want to sell all of my Papa Johns stock and convert to Domino's or Pizza Hut.

I ordered a large pizza with the pepperoni stuffed crust online. When I got there, Shaq himself literally handed me my pizza. That man was at least 5 inches taller than me. I felt a little intimidated, because me myself I am 6’3. But otherwise he was really nice. But the real fun started when I got home to eat the pizza. I ate half of it by myself, and let me tell you each bite combined with their dipping sauces was amazing. Each time I took a bite, it’s like papa John himself was unloading his flavor shaft inside all over my mouth.

I’m leaving this 5 star review because of HOWARD, the delivery driver. The pizza was great but HOWARD, is one of the Best.Delivery.Drivers.Ever.He was very kind and professional.When I told him I wasn’t feeling well so that he could adjust the delivery process to help me still get my pizza - He did just that. He also treated me with respect, kindness and compassion. It’s obvious that Howard cares about other people and approaches challenging situations with emotional intelligence - that makes him a STAR EMPLOYEE. By the way, the pizza was the perfect temperature, absolutely delicious and delivered exactly how I wanted it. THANK YOU HOWARD & PAPA JOHNS KATY MILLS LOCATION.

Placed an order online that was supposed to be a stuffed crust, pizza and a large XL pizza. Somehow the website added two of the extra large pizzas. I’ll try to add a stuffed crust pizza to my delivery and Pat wanted charge me a whole separate delivery fee, even though I had already paid for one. No offer to help the situation. Ended up just canceling my whole order.
